    I have never had problems and they have always been very pleasant when I call.

    Some of the rudest people I have dealt with! I had their service for years and any time I had to call them they were nasty and argumentative! The first week of June they failed to pick up recycling so i had to make 6 calls to 3 different number to try and resolve it, and was hung up on twice. The next day recycling was still there, so I called again. And again got nothing but attitude and nastiness so I said I want my account closed and a full refund for June (they bill a month in advance). Waited 2 weeks no refund but did get a bill for July even though they have not picked up for me since the first of June. So again I called demanding a refund I get “fine I’ll take care of it” CLICK hung up on yet again!! No we are in the second week of July and no refund!!! Horrible customer service!!
