            I purchased a fish tank. The store stock tank was scratched. I informed the manager on duty and she ordered another one for me. That tank and another one they had ordered for additional stock were damaged as well. When I asked to cancel my order and refund my money I was informed there would be a 25% restocking fee. I should not be charged a restocking fee for a damaged item.

            On January 8th 2022 I purchased 4 African Frogs; price $5.99 each.I was incorrectly charged $7.99 each.I had purchased a number of other items in the same transaction and didnt realize this particular over charge until I returned home.Called Pets Warehouse later that day to discuss the $8. over charge.Pets Warehouse said I needed to come back with receipt and they would give back $8.They said no need to show credit card to get credit.Being out of state I mailed the receipt to a relative who was local to the vendor.Relative went to Pets Warehouse on January 14th and was told by manager Dakota that they needed the credit card to credit the account.I went back to Pets Warehouse on January 15th with the receipt and the credit card and I explained the entire series of events to the cashier. She said she needed to check on this and went to the back of the store. She returned 10 minutes later and said she contacted Dakota, who was not present and she said Dakota told her not to do anything because a credit had already been applied to the credit card on January 14th when my relative came to the store.This is a complete lie. I present this to BBB.
