    Ordered what was supposed to be a free sample of a product, which was advertised as a free sample. As it turned out, it was not free at all. When I submitted the order, it showed that I had ordered several other products. I immediately called and requested to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order, that it was already being shipped. I sent an email the next explaining that I only intended to order the free sample. I never heard back from the company. When I received my billing statement, they charged me $292.98 for all of the extra products which I had not ordered. I phoned them again, but got nowhere. They said something about a fourteen day trial. Anyway, I just received another statement showing another $89.47 on my account.. I called them again to ask what that was for. I was told that was for the free sample. So now Ive pad $342.84 for something that was supposed to be free, except for shipping. I am very disgusted with this company. I want my money back in my account, as this is scandalous and fraudulent. The name of the company is Nu-Glo online and HQ Wellness Products. This company needs to be stopped.
