      While they were generally responsive, terminating services is impossible. They require a 3 year contract and if you sell your home they will require you to pay until the end of contract. Be very careful with this company and find one that does month to month services if you don't want to find yourself on the hook for thousands of dollars for a service you are not using.

      Briscoe is the worst customer service ever. I ended up cancelling my service them. I had two months credit owed to me since I never had a contract with them. I had ****** **** alarm before Briscoe took them over. I have called numerous times and they stated it was being processed. This has been over 3months later and no refund. I recommend no none use the company. It looks like I need to go to small claims court.
