      Company claiming to be Northstar Location Services in Buffalo NY is calling nonstop from multiple phone numbers; often times do not leave a voicemail message; just say "Hello?" One male individual left a message instructing me to call him back at Northstar Location Services which is apparently a third party collection agency. I made the mistake of calling back; got bounced around with no answer and did not leave a message. This seems to have made the problem worse; now they are calling non-stop. I have already blocked the number but they just keep calling from different numbers. I have checked all my accounts and I do not owe anyone anything. I pay all my bills on time and I have not received anything in the mail stating that I owe anyone anything.

      Someone from this company keeps calling and asking to be contacted without any information as to the reason or what this company does. After searching online, found they are a debt collection company. Our debts, except for mortgage (which is current and on time) are paid and a credit check shows nothing outstanding, late or even due. Our credit rating is well over 800, so not seeing why we keep getting called and NOT about to answer to be harassed over something they seem to have ginned up. Ridiculous. Needs stopped.

      I have been receiving repeated ringless phone calls with voice mail messages from NorthStar over the last week requesting a call back for some unknown credit related issue. I just checked my credit with the 3 credit reporting agencies with no reports of any credit issues or late payments. NorthStar seems to have some type of data error. I request that NorthStar cease and desist in the repeated calls to my cell phone.

      To whom it may cocern 

      I never received any letters from ********. I only received a letter from this Collection  agency which they claimed they are not. Why am i receiving letters from NorthStar?  They stated that the account was closed on Feb 3, 2025. I never received any information from them. I recuested a validation letter and again never received. 
      NorthStar states the in August 2025, they puesued collection. Now they say that it was returned to ********. 
      i am requesting all communication between ******* and NorthStar to Verify the validity of Communications among parties.

      Northstar has been calling my number multiple times over the past few months. My phone automatically deems the number as spam so it goes to voicemail. The voicemail does not indicate who they are trying to contact or why. I would like them to cease and desist calling me. I have no unpaid debt to collect.

      e burden of proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer . This is my last request before I file a formal complaint with the CFPB and the FTC.

      The burden of proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer, I find it concerning that  ******* ****** ********** collections is not complying with legal requests.       I am not liable for the debt mentioned by Northstar Location Services, LLC. I do not have a contract with said agency attempting to collect and report on my credit. They did not provide an original contract as I requested.

      To Whom it May Concern,

      A dispute form was provided by Northstar Location Services, LLC in order to provide information verifying their right to collect said debt. This form was mailed back on May 18, 2024. Upon receiving requested documentation, the information detailed still remains unresponsive to my demand. There is no indication that a contract or an agreement was formed between Northstar Location Services, LLC and I. I demand proof that I owe said agency compensation. Thank you.

      I am not liable for this debt with T.D. Bank, LLC. I do not have a contract with Northstar Location Services. They are trying to collect a settlement from me which is not owed. I feel this is complete harassment and I demand that I am left alone and there is a correction to my credit report. I demand this account be removed from my credit report.
