GW quoted a concrete job for me and I signed up on July 23, 2022. On Sept. 12, 2022 they finally called me and said they would be out to do the job on Friday, Sept. 16, 2022 at 7:00 AM. It is now 10:17 AM and they have not shown up to do the work. Also they did not call me to say they would not be here. I called 3 times and left messages asking where they were and were they coming. They have not called me back to reschedule or apologize. They are very unprofessional and not very busineslike. I now want to get a proposal from another company.

I had my basement waterproofed in 2019. He took my sink and hooked both laundry units to a pipe in the floor. This started causing issues and he came back and billed me to put a sink back in. Problems continued and he billed me to put this pump in. Stairs he fixed broke. The outside pipe for the sump pump was installed wrong and froze that winter backing up my sump pump. He came out and bunt the pipe to release the ice and said I have to have someone fix how he put the pipe. Then a few months ago I had water coming up thru cracks in my floor. He put a hole in the floor to see the problem but said there wasn’t one. He had a guy come to snake the drain and said he wasn’t fixing the hole in the floor because the plumber billed him. Now I have a back up again and this time had a company come look at it. When we cleared the sewage from the hole Gregg left, you could see the drain was busted. I didn’t notice it because Greg had covered it with stones. Since we had to find the issue we cleared the stones and saw the damaged pipe. When speaking to the Town, this company didn’t file a permit for waterproofing the basement and an inspection was not done. End result now is my basement isn’t up to code and I have to spend more money for repairs due to the bad workmanship.

Response taken by phone:  We did the drains tiles in her house about 3 years ago.  Two years ago she called us she called because her washing was draining into a floor drain, which was plugged.   She also has an old drain line that is no longer in use, that is clogged.  This has nothing to do with any work we did.   We paid to have a plumber come and check this out and he told her that her sewer is plugged and solved the problem.
