ordered a poster from ********** and a week later nothing. so i contacted them and they said they don't have my order , I sent them a copy of the order that i paid for it. the said they would put a rush on it and send it out . been 5 days now and nothing they do not respond to my messages, I sent them proof that i paidBusiness response

I ordered a small poster from Posterazzi.com (order # ******) as a birthday gift on 2/26/22 for $32.83 in error when I actually meant to order the larger, more expensive one instead of the same image. 3/27/22 I was told by ********** support that I could send the poster back for a full refund and then reorder the larger, more expensive poster.5/13/2022 I requested an update on refund and was told it was processed and it will be refunded to card within a few business days.5/30/2022 Informed customer support that I did not receive refund and to confirm that it was issued.6/1/2022 CS -"I am going to forward your case to my supervisor. You will be hearing from him shortly."6/5/2022 Informed support that I have not heard from supervisor, I was very frustrated and asked to have this rectified immediately.6/6/2022 CS -"We just issued you a FULL refund as requested. I apologize again for the inconvenience this matter caused you."6/9/2022 Informed support that credit has still not appeared in my account and asked for update.6/13/2022 CS -"I am going to forward your case to my supervisor. You will be hearing from him shortly."6/14/2022 I suggested a credit or code since I am planning on purchasing a different, more expensive poster.6/20/2022 I asked for a response and that this is an unacceptable level of customer service.6/20/2022 CS -"We just issued you a FULL refund as requested.I apologize again for the inconvenience this matter caused you."6/25/2022 I informed support still no credit and asked for confirmation.6/29/2022 I informed CS that I have not received this refund despite being told 3 times that is has been sent. Please send me a copy of your verification that the credit has been issued. I will contact the ********************* if I dont have a response by the end of this week. 8/19/22 Well, here we are.I am disappointed with canned responses and no supervisor contact. On July 2 I ordered a poster and a frame from ********** totaling $234.74.On July 5 I received an email that order #****** had shipped.Ive not received my products and my bank account was charged in full. Order #****** Made an order on April 7th 2022. The charge went through my bank account on April 8th 2022. Also on April 8th 2022 I received an email saying order has shipped and received a tracking number. After over a week the tracking still showed Label created and not actually shipped/picked up. On April 19th I sent them an email asking for an update on my order. I get a response back saying the order was canceled and a refund was issued. My order never did say canceled nor did I get any emails of this and also never did get an refund. I responded back and got another response saying he would forward my message to his supervisor. I never did hear anything back. After not hearing back I ended up emailing again and never heard back from anyone. At this point I want a refund.Business response

I ordered a canvas print of Run TMC at the end of February 2022 for ******. after a week of nothing updating on the tracking number, I emailed customer service. They claimed it was lost in the mail when the tracking never clearly shows it was never dropped off at a post office. Ever since then, I have been dealing with this horrible customer service. They've told me 5 times already that I've been refunded and I have not. They told twice they would get a supervisor to talk to me and I'd hear back shortly, no one has ever gotten back to me. They don't read anything I actually write in emails and say the same three lines over and over. I would just like me refund and to move on. I'm so fed up with dealing with this crappy company and I can see I'm not the first and they have a history of doing this type of c*** I can provide more proof that no product or refund was received if needed.Business response

Product ordered, never was delivered - I had contacted the business via email and they said it was most likely lost and they asked if I wanted a replacement of another product or a refund. I asked for a refund and they stated that I would see it refunded in a few working days. I never received the refund and asked via email to please confirm and/or send another refund. I have not yet heard from them - over a week ago. I just want my money back - seems by the other BBB complaints is their method of operation.Business response

On September 9th I bought two posters, is now November 3th and I haven't got any package from them. The tracking number says it has been in the country for 3 weeks but when I messaged the post company they said they don't even have my shipment yet. I have asked ********** to contact the post office to try to see where the shipment is since they told me to speak with the supplier. ********** never got back to me with any of my messages. Hello, does the customer have their Order # ? Was this order placed at Posterazzi.com because we are not seeing an order from them. They may have ordered from a 3rd party and would need to contact them directly.

Hello. I ordered a poster from ********** at the end of April of this last year (2021). It was a poster of the ******* Athletics legendary player *******************************. I used to the Shopify app to track my package. But it currently says its still awaiting shipment with **** in ******* **. I tried calling the business multiple times, but with no answer. I refused to give a call back number and my information to them when I called because I did some research and found out that this business is more than likely fraudulent. So I don't trust giving them my information. I've been waiting with the hopes that maybe it would finally ship or something would happen, but nothing has, and now I want my money back.
