Order placed 9/22/2022, despite their website indicating my order was fulfilled I have yet to receive my products. I have made numerous attempts to contact through chat, phone call, email, social media with no response. I'm at a loss at this point and do not know where to go. I cannot dispute the transaction any longer with my bank it has been beyond 30 days. I'm not looking for a refund I just want the products I ordered.Customer response

Fe: Order # ******* I placed on online order on August 3, 2022 for 5 beauty products. When I received the items the quality of the products weren't at all as advertised. They were oily/melted. I've sent multiple emails to Flower Beauty per at ******************************* and left multiple phone messages on the customer service phone number they provide *************. As of today date August 12, 2022 I haven't received a response. I'm seeking a full refund in the amount of $48.76Customer response

I received my order from Flower Beauty on June 3. One of the eyeshadow palettes arrived with the shadows shattered. Their website indicates they will do returns / replacements for damaged products. I contacted customer service via email and phone on multiple occasions and received no response. In addition, I noticed that they are misrepresenting facts on their website. They indicate that aside from cosmetic brushes and pouches which are made in *****, all cosmetics are made in ** or ******. Last month, using an online promotion code, I purchased several Flower Beauty Invisible "Jet Set" powder sprays -- a product that I've enjoyed using for nearly a year. When I attempted to use this product on Sunday, May 15, 2022, however, I noticed that the brand-new bottle (with the clear plastic seal still attached) was nearly empty. Then, when I removed the clear seal and attempted to spray the product, it was nothing but greasy liquid. It was clearly defective. That afternoon, I attempted to contact the company via an online form on the Flower Beauty website ("If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact us with the form below.") When I didn't hear anything by the next afternoon, I called their 1/800 number *************) and left a detailed message, including both my landline and cell numbers. I also sent two emails to ******************************************* It's now been 5 days since I first contacted Flower Beauty about this issue and they haven't bothered to respond. Based on online reviews of their customer service, this is their modus operandi. Their way of dealing with customer complaints is to ignore them. All I want is either: a) a full refund for what I paid for the product; or b) a replacement product that isn't defective. I'd be satisfied w/either outcome. Thank you.Customer response

Hello. Thank you for following up on my complaint re: Flower Beauty.
About two weeks after I initially contacted Flower Beauty about their defective product, they finally emailed me and asked me to send them a photo of the bottom of the bottle, which contained a serial #. I did that, and several days later, I received another email stating that they were sending me a replacement product at no charge to me. Since then, I've noticed that the product is no longer available on their website.

I am writing this email in hopes that I can get help with my order, #F171559, that I placed on November 27, 2021. I received an email on December 10th that the order had shipped and I still have not received it. It was being shipped by ***** and the tracking # is ********************. I had sent an email to ******************************* on 12/19/21 and ****************************************** on 12/27/21 requesting help with this. I had also called the customer service number provided on *********************** website on 12/26/21 and left a message about my order along with filling out the contact form provided on their website. I also sent a message through the companys ******** page to try and get help to solve this. The only response I have gotten was through the ******** message on 12/28/21 and was told that someone from customer service would be in contact with me and to stay tuned. I sent an additional email to both emails listed above on 12/30/21 again requesting help with my order. Today is 1/5/22 and I havent heard from anyone. As of today, I can easily track my package through the email I got on 12/10/21 and can see that the package is still in ********, ******** which is where the shipping label originated. I would no longer like the products I ordered and would like my money back at this point.Customer response

I ordered some product, online, on October 31, 2021 (order #******* and paid $35.39). On November 9, 2021 I received an email stating my package has been delivered, and it wasnt. With that email, stating it has been delivered, was a link saying to contact them if it wasnt delivered. So I sent an email (11/9/21). I heard nothing from them. Called their customer service, a few days later, left a voice mail, still didnt hear from them. I sent another email (11/13/21), more upset, and thats when they replied to me (11/15/21). It said I had to fill out a form and send it back to receive a new order or my money back. I sent all that back on 11/17/2021. And I have heard nothing from anyone since. I did send another email, yesterday (11/22/21), reiterating everything. All I wanted was my product reshipped or my money back. Which I stated to them a few times. Im not sure what to do at this point. I did accidentally put down the wrong dates in my second email to them, but all the other emails had the correct dates.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on September 3. Received a shipping notification. Updates and shipping information became unavailable on 17 September. The vendor has not responded to my request looking for my shipment package they’re only response is that my order has been fulfilled! I spoke to *** * and utilized the tracking number that flower beauty gave to me. The package is unable to be tracked *** * has no further record about the package. Today is September 21 the company has not responded to any of my daily emails other than saying all sales are final they will not honor my request to ship me a new product or return my money!Business response

Per our records this customers order has been delivered as of September 22n, 2021. Sadly once packages are shipped, transit time is dependent on the shipping provider. Per our last communication with the customer the order was still in transit. We have not received any communication that the package was not delivered and will of course love to resolve this issue and file a claim for a missing order.
