      Have purchased a new single wide exactly a year from now. Delivered Oct 4,2021, set and blocked Oct 8,2021. We have some defects in our new home and we have brought it to the attention of Dan B***** (person we dealt with purchasing our new home). It took us four months before we got someone out to do some work on it. Wasn,t even a dent in what is wrong with our new home. Called again in April, talked with Dan about why taking so long, would look into it, the only thing he did was get the siding delivered. We have a damaged corner piece as well as a couple of pieces blowing at the front of our home. Called again to Dave's Quality Homes talked with Jessica would look into it. Husband called in June and that is when we found out Dan no longer works there. Called in June to the manufacture warranty number in Albany that is on the wall in the closet to get some help with our problem. Wasn't untill July 25,2022 that we received a call from them. Mr S****** was going to email me the forms to start the process of getting our problems fixed. Received no email or forms. Have called ******** ***** in PA, talked with John B*** and was going to contact Gary to see when he was coming back out to fix other items we have given them. John was informed our new home has water in belly pan, wants us to find someone to fix and send bill to them. No one was willing to do that wanting payment up front so not fixed and now winter coming what happens when the trailer freezes? Called Albany August 5,2022 left another message. Return call from Marie August 17,2022 from Albany took a list of all the problems we have with our new home and was passing the information on. We called again September 15th, left another message. We have had no problems resolved nor ANY common courtesy calls. Was told warranty would still be good even if it goes past the year. We have made every monthly payment,even with the issues we have. When do we stop. Any help we would greatly appreciate. Very hurt ********'
