Drivers village sold me a 2021 ******** ******* with bad tires and breaks. I bought the car at the end of April and the breaks started squeaking by Mid August. Also everytime it rained my car would swerve on the highway at the time I didn’t realize but it was because my tires were so bad, they had absolutely no traction on them. To make matters worse, Before I knew it the break were grinding completely. I went to a mechanic who told me that the break pads had already been worn out and the tires were completely shot. I had to spend $1050 to get new brake pads and tires to get them put in. When I called drivers village they had nothing to sayor no help to offer the only thing the guy kept saying is “the car passed inspection” and tried saying “maybe it was the way I was driving”. I’m so disappointed no one wants to spend $20,000 on a car just to have to turn around and put work into it. They got over on me because I’m a young women and don’t know much about cars and what to check for before buying one. I want to take matters into my own hands. Currently looking for steps I can take so that they cannot get away with treating me unfairly. I would not recommend anyone coming here for a car especially if your a new buyer and don’t know much. Their main goal is to sell you the car they don’t care if it’s safe enough for you to drive.

For Burdick KIA Only. MARK YOUR TIRES!! I went in on Monday 9/9 to have routine service done. The following Friday, I noticed that although I paid for a tire rotation, it wasn't done. When I called with the issue they asked me how I knew the tires weren't rotated. I told them that I ran over a nail about 5 weeks ago and installed a patch kit on the right rear tire and it was still there (if the tires had been rotated the tire with the plug in it wouldn't still be in the right rear position). The receptionist said that she needed to talk to the manager who wasn't there, but took my name and said he would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back on Monday morning and spoke to Breanne. She said she would take my name and someone would call me back. Again, I didn't hear anything so I called back on Tuesday, twice, and spoke to Jasmine and Dana. They said would take my name and that someone would call me back. I told Dana that I've been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back because each time I've been told the manager wasn't there but they would give him my message. I asked who "him" was and they said "Jamie". I still haven't heard anything, my tires are still not rotated, and I'm out the money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, including my next lease. MARK YOUR TIRES.

Terrible customer service. I bought a Plug-in hybrid Chrysler in early August, a week later the vehicle would not charge. Called for an appointment, was told he earliest was 8/27. The rep picked the time available as 2pm. I brought the vehicle in today and was told I would have to leave it because the diagnostics take time and I brought the vehicle in at 2pm. The rep that booked the appointment knew the issue with the car and should have given me a morning appointment, but didn’t. The mechanic rescheduled the appointment for 9/23/24, almost another month away. Two months to resolve a warranty issue is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. I needed to replace my radio and agreed to a price. Within a couple of hours I called to cancel because I got a much better price from Installations Unlimited. It was less than 1/2 of the quoted price from Drivers Village. It was a disaster trying to get this taken care of. It took over 3 weeks to get Drivers Village to give me the credit on my credit card. Then Drivers Village credited me twice which created a nightmare with my credit card. I called my bank at least 5 times and Drivers Village at least 9 times. It took over 6 weeks to finally get this resolved. This was with *********** I have purchased 5 vehicles from Drivers Village over the years but I will not do business with them anymore. **** **

We're sorry your experience was not excellent. The radio we would have installed was from the vehicle manufacturer, while the other one you mentioned was "aftermarket" - hence the price difference. We had instituted the refund process which, unfortunately, can be lengthy due to financial institutions. While this was in process, you "disputed" the charge which caused the 2nd of two credits. We did work to correct this but it was a lengthy process. We remain open to assisting you in the future, and will work to exceed expectations in the future.

My mother brings her car there for oil changes. Drivers village states that they do a multi point inspection after. Well in the x amount of years my mother has been bringing her car they have stated they complete that multi point inspection. Back in September of this year 2023. My mother got her oil changed and was sent on her way. She didn't even make it half a mile when she noticed smoke coming from the hood of her car. She turned around and brought it back. They took it back, and did a look over . The technician had said some oil was spilled, and he cleaned it the best he could but still expect some smoking. Why this wasnt brought to her atrention the first time is beyond me and the first issue This was Saturday. My mother doesn't work weekends, so the car was never driven so when she drove it to work and back on Monday she didn't think anything of it. She didn't go back to work until that Thursday because she had gotten sick from the smoke Monday. When she drove that Thursday the smoke was worse, it was filling her car with smoke, and noticed it was a heavier color and smelled awful. She pulled over before her car went up in flames. She called for a tow back to driver's village (they were the last to touch it) they brought it in and found heavily corroted transmission lines, along with a hole. When I had gotten there to ask why this wasn't caught ahead of time, and whats all included in there inspection, the manager on duty didn't even want to speak with me, had someone else explain what he said and I quote " she brought the car here, she is responsible, I don't know why the technician didn't do their job" . I was told to call back and speak to another manager, left a voice mail and called back the next day and never returned my call. Your technician failed to do thier job you state they do, heavily corroted lines don't form overnight. This could have been prevented and planned for ahead of time Absolutely absurd.

Horrible bought a car at the Nissan dealership and had problems with it sense almost day 1 with the automatic braking system. It went in the shop multiple times, and they couldn't duplicate and said when it did it again bring it right in. I called and the rudest woman started yelling at me and told me it was normal I knew it was not and hung up on me. I called a month later finally got it in and low and behold it was throwing codes. But instead of fixing it they cleared the code and said I went over the miles for them to fix it and then tried to charge me a diag fee when they saw the issue but didn't fix it. They again promised that I could bring it in when it did it again. And well it did but in a big way all of sudden my car braked at 55mph for no reason. Called for a week to get it in as I was freaked driving an unsafe car. When I finally got ahold of the call center, he tried to help but because I gave them a bad review by saying the issue was not fixed with Nissan and didn't lie about it I was no longer allowed to bring my car for service. I asked to speak to Dave Hall, an he refused to get on the phone and talk to me. They didn't care to make anything right and worse part I worked there for 9yrs and this was my 2nd car with them. I did take it elsewhere an they found the issue instantly an got it covered under warranty. I have been reaching out for months to speak to someone there but of course no response and then the same thing happens to my friend. They do not want to fix anything if it is under warranty, don't care if your car is not safe to drive. Try to charge when there shouldn't be a fee and then when you don't give them a perfect score, they tell you can't bring your car there anymore. This place has gone down the sewer an I will never step foot in there again or let my friends. Oh and 1 better I'm still getting contacted to buy another car there and emails to have my service done. An amazingly when the sensor was fixed all the other issues went away.

. I bought a car from drivers Village went in for my first oil change which was extremely early since I had just bought the car Also I had noticed that the car had an electrical problem in which I told him that to .and they told me they did all this already. I was told by ***** the car had an oil suspension problem that should’ve been told me before I purchased the car for the past two years. They’ve been giving me the runaround on fixing it just telling me to come back in every two weeks to top it off for free .. they will be sometimes I was charged for the oil changes because they couldn’t get in contact with the right people at the right time telling me I will get my money back and which I never got my money back.. three weeks ago someone called me asking me if they could buy the car back they “drivers Village” we went through the whole process of finding out the car wasn’t able to be fixed and drivers Village Wanted to buy the car back and pay off the rest of what I owed on my car, the dealer then offered me a car that was way more expensive than my original car and my family decided that they did not want that car and instead we were trying to fix mine drivers Village agree to fix my car and then when I came in to have them fix it, they told me it had been too long “1week later” and they no longer wish to help me with my car The dealer name is Barry and he works in the warehouse and I’ve been going through this with him for the past two years.. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership. All they do is lie and lead you on. I will be contacting my lawyer and to file a lawsuit against them for selling me a car that they were aware was a problem that would stop me from purchasing the car from the beginning, then declined to help me farther with the car by saying it had been too long when they were the ones prolonging all of this I’ve been going through this with them for the past two years .Ive had enough!!

The communication has been very detailed and clear of what needs to be replaced and the cost. I never once felt the need to call and check on my vehicle while in ******* ****’s care! 1/25/23 - The day has come when my 2018 **** ******* is repaired and ready for pick up! Just as Erin has stated the cost and around about time of being complete, is precisely as stated! I’m so happy beyond the words of being happy! The courteousness, respectfulness, honesty, professionalism, and nonjudgmental experience I’ve received, I will forever be thankful, grateful, and appreciative with ******* ****/Erin! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your dedication on repairing my ****! I’ll forever defend your reputation! ******

I only came here because they boasted that because I bought the car with them, I could get free state inspections-- haha well, the joke was ALL on me. I bought a 2014 Chevy equinox from here last December (2021)- this is my first inspection, and I was charged $2800 for services due to the codes that my vehicle gave. I wish I had gone somewhere else because this is clearly nothing more than a scam. I have already showed my paperwork to a few other mechanics and the work (and LABOR) is clearly all overpriced. Never again will this place get my business or my recommendation. Shame on you!

Waited almost 2 hours after having a appt. Was for a oil change and them to have someone look at my check engine light. Went up about 10 min shy of the 2 hr mark just to see my car still waiting to be seen. No heads up, no call or nothing to say something anything! All I was told was “Well we could do a oil change now”. You had 2 hours to do that part! Their excuse was they need a certain technician to check the check engine light. Ok I get that but the oil change could of been done atleast!!!!
