THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. do not waste your time or money. The tent is gross, we had to pick up our own linens the day of our wedding. the owner is extremely rude. Where do I start. We were shorted 15 chairs, I had to spend my whole rehearsal calling several times the emergency line to speak to someone as we didnt have enough for our rehearsal. No dance floor. No linens. When the dance floor finally arrived they were setting it up in the middle of rehearsal. Not to mention we were told they would arrive in the morning to start setting up the tent, no one arrived until 230pm, they did not finish until well after 5 and rehearsal was at 6. i was charged and paid for a 16x16 dance floor. it was a 12x12. When i spoke to the supervisor who was setting up the dance floor he said they don't even own a 16x16. so I called the emergency line again and spoke to the owner, who advised me that i would receive a partial refund. Now i am getting no return calls, no return emails. nothing. When i asked about the linens that we still did not have he told me i could get them the day of my event because we dont even put linens on the tables until the day of anyway. he then proceeded to hang up on me. i cannot stress enough to NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Rented tent, tables and chairs. Tent has holes, filthy with black mold. Table was splintering and chairs are filthy. They tore up my driveway installing the tent. Horrible service!

DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONPANT!!!! Tent was delivered on time, tables were disgusting and chairs were filthy. Spent and hour and half they next day scrubbing tables and chairs. Tent, linens plates, silverware, tables and chairs weee supposed to be picked up Monday 9/12/22. No one showed up Monday was told they were running late, Tuesday no one again shows up again advised they are running late. Wednesday no one shows up!! Call about 4:15 pm spoke to a woman advised we now have to go back to work, I work overnights and my husband is on 10 hour days, needs to be picked up first thing in the morning or at least by noon on Thursday. Thursday at 11 no one still here, I call again asked to speak to someone who can help, was put on hold, owner answered the phone told him there is no more excuses as to why this is all still here, he said you’re right no excuses but reasons. Told him those are not my worries and that there should be no more talking and action should be done…. He said you’re right ma’am no more talking says have a nice day and hung up!!! I have never seen such an unprofessional company or employees. There is now damage to my yard as these heavy items have now been sitting here for 5 days!!!

NO CALL, NO SHOW DAY OF EVENT! Booked 20x40 tent, tables and chairs a month and a half before Graduation Party. $195 deposit check given day of booking. They cashed it 5 days later (this is important for the end of the story). Called 2 weeks before event to confirm and we were told all was set and they would be out 1 or 2 days before event (scheduled for Saturday) Friday, day before the event, I called around 10am to get a time that they were coming and they were not able to give a time estimate but assured me they would be there. Called again around 3pm and told them we needed to leave for Graduation at 4pm. I was told to put chairs out at the corners where we wanted tent. arrived home at 9pm night before event and NO TENT. Called the emergency contact number and spoke to the owner at 930pm. He said a worker got hurt and they fell behind (Never called to tell us). He asked what time the event was tomorrow and I told him noon he said they would be out first thing in the morning. I called the office that morning 10am and they said they would be out but still no time estimate. At the start of the event I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN and they said they might be able to be there by 130pm. I told them how furious I was and to cancel everything and refund my $195 deposit immediately. I then had to call all my neighbors and friends to scramble and bring whatever tables chairs and tents they could as guests were arriving on a 90 degree and sunny day. On my way to pick up tables the office called and said they had no record of a deposit! My already stressed out wife had to call Monday and show them the cleared check from the bank. The office told her they would send out a check that day. It is now a week and a half later they the money never arrived. I called again and no one knew anything and I had to go to the office and collect a check they lied about sending. Horrible Communication, Horrible organization skills, Dishonest. NEVER AGAIN.

Do not do business with this company. Our order was not accurate. Tent was not what we paid for. Tent was filthy, bent poles, sides not attached properly. They left the day of set up after showing up late, Returned 2 hours later. Took 5 hours total. Pickup of tent was not when they promised. Called company, girl answering the phone could not provide any help, Very unprofessional, I understand they are part of Syracuse Tent and also operate Auburn Tent so it appears they just don't care about their customers. 60 guests saw the condition of the tent and could not believe the filth of the tent roof and sides. Tables were also filthy. Save your money, Don't use this company
