              The date of the transaction: 11/21/2021 When I walked into the salon I told the manager the services that I wanted, she gave be a quote of $67 dollars. When I received my bill they added on an extra $ 40 dollars because they said I went under the hair dryer and then the hair dresser blew out my hair. I sat in the salon for four hours and at no point did the mention it was going to be an extra $40 dollars. This took place at Fantastic Sams located 1400 Altamont Ave, Schenectady NY. 12303. I feel that this location is trying to scam their customers out of more money, which is terrible. My name is ***** ****** and my phone number is ***** ********

              I went to fantastic sams in mount pleasant pan to get my 8 year old son a haircut which he gets really excited about he loves it! And they cut half of his hair the lady’s were rude and unprofessional and I never had a problem their before. I took him to ***** ***** at ******* to fix it and they were so mad about it and fixed my sons hair and told me to call fantastic sams and complain and so I did plus took pictures and the manager said she would send me a gift certificate for a free haircut never did and it’s almost been a month later will never bring my children there again to get their haircut
