    Placed order, never came, called restaurant and they said they already came and called. I have no missed calls. Tried to get a refund, restaurant said no, mealeo said they need authorization from the restaurant. Just scammed out of money for food I purchased but never received.

    This company guarantees nothing. When I complained to them about a $100 order that ended up being over an hour late and cold (called the restaurant it was due to the driver not them), they basically said - look at our policy we don’t guarantee times and sent a link with a ‘have a nice day’. Unbelievable. Nothing for a customer who has used them for YEARS with no issue and spent tons for my family of 7. Something should be done to fix this.

    I have NOT received earned "Moolah" points for my purchases. I have been emailing for weeks with no response. This is terrible customer service and false advertising and theft! Apparently the owner does not value the reputation of his business. I will not use Mealeo as my or our company food deliveries until this matter is fixed. I will use another service.

    Horrible customer service. We ordered a meal and then saw it was pickup, which we couldn't do. We called numerous times to change it to deliver, the line says to "email them", which we did. No response. They wouldn't return calls for days, nor emails. We're out the $. SHAME ON THEM One star is too much for their service

    One of Mealeo's employees blatantly stole my ****** package as it arrived when the employee was dropping off food to my neighbors. Their employee literally signed for it, and took off. Then for some reason he brought it back, throwing it on my stoop opened and tampered with. I had to email the company several times, I tried to call, I left a message requesting a call back..nothing. I ended up trying to get in touch on *********, and they BLOCKED ME! REAL mature company. What a disgrace. I sent screenshots on screenshots and they do not care. They emailed me back saying they would do an investigation but that still doesn't change the fact that they wanted no part in hearing this complaint, ignoring, blocking. I think they want no part of solving this issue. I am glad I use *******. I have never used Mealeo's business, now I most definitely won't consider them ever. So I'd order from a company that doesn't employ thieves, AND be okay with it!

    Awful. Placed an order. Estimated delivery time was 1hr15min. It was Friday night so that’s ok. After 1hr 15 minutes I called the restaurant. My order was ready and waiting for a driver. No driver picked up. No customer service phone number to call - it just does to a voicemail. Emailed support - no response. What kind of delivery service doesn’t have customer service for real time issues?????

    Placed an order on 3/7/23 and somehow the delivery address was changed to the restaurants address. I only became aware of the issue when I was sent a picture of the food sitting outside of the restaurant. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do when the driver was no longer available. I have contacted Mealeo customer service twice about this order that I never received and now 10 days later have still not received a response. We have used Mealeo for several years and had numerous deliveries to our home address. I am incredibly confused how the restaurants address got entered into the delivery address. This was the first time we have ever had an issue with Mealeo and after this experience plan to never use them again.

    I was extremely upset at their failure to submit my online order in timely fashion. This caused me to have to wait extra time to allow food prep. The restaurant received the ticket shortly before it was due. I will never used their services again.
