  This dental office does not honor dental work that was installed by the dentists recommendation (******************) which had to be removed when it failed 3 weeks later due to being too tight to remove by gently pulling on the wires at the rear of the upper denture, I was told by ************** to put my fingertips above the front of the upper denture and pull down even after he had told me the only way to remove the denture was to gently tug at the wires in the rear as to not break the denture. Doing this broke the support wire. I was forced to wait another 2 weeks to see the dentist, during which time the denture had broken in another area from the missing wire. ************** said and I quote " I didn't expect this abutment to work because the implant is at an angle. He wanted to put the abutment on another implant next to the angled one which only has 40 to 50 % bone coverage on one side. I was charged for most of the repair work which should have been warrantied by the business. The repair work was also charged to my dental insurance for payment. They were paid 2 times for the same procedure on the same day. I had paid in advance for the entire procedure $1450 on 3/13/24, they also charged my insurance for the same work receiving another $450 from them on 4/1/24. Isn't that insurance fraud? I was told by ************** that I would receive a check for the $1450 I had paid since his idea failed and not credited to my account. I went to the office and ***** told me she didn't have time to go over my dental statements, she was too busy and very rude, there were no patients in the office at that time and said that everything was charged correctly (she said this in a snotty tone of voice). She also stated that I could not see ************* even by appointment to straighten out and get my refund. Also she said that I was altering the denture at home, I altered the lower denture not the upper one.
