      This company continues to ignore my multiple requests to be removed from their postal mailing list. I do not wish to receive any postal mail from this company.

      This organization refuses to remove me from their postal mailing list despite repeated requests for them to stop sending junk mail. I have not done business with this organization, nor did I subscribe to their mailing list.

      We are attempting to explain the process not be condescending. Not every **** customer understands the intricacies of direct mail. 

       As previously mentioned, our company utilizes a bulk mail process, the specific service is called Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), which allows us to send mailings to every household within specific geographic areas, without the need for individual addresses. We do not have a list and the address is placed directly on a pre-printed mailings outside of our internal processes. This service is commonly used by businesses to reach potential customers within targeted locations.

       In response to your request to stop receiving these mailings, we contacted the ****** ****** ****** ******* (****) to explore options for removing your address from our EDDM mailings. Unfortunately, **** informed us that they do not have a specific service to opt individuals out of receiving certain types of bulk mail, such as EDDM mailings. 

       We want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously and have made every effort to address them. We have also responded to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding your complaint, detailing our attempts to resolve the issue. 

       The **** advised us that customers can discard any unwanted mail. While we recognize that this may not be a satisfactory solution for you, we want to assure you that we have explored all available options through **** to honor your request. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you. Our intention is to provide you with the best possible service, and we are committed to finding alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The post office has told a different story with regard to these types of mailers. Additionally, we have also opted out of direct mail through the direct mail association. It is not acceptable to me that we are forced to receive these junk mailings, they clog up our mailbox, are a waste of natural resources, and contribute to environmental waste.

      We purchased tickets from *************** shows for approx $1000 (5 tickets). This is just before ***** pandemic and because of my two children who are disabled, we took extra precaution and cancelled the tickets. ShenYun customer service issued a credit for 1 year, but the ***** situation got worse in 2021 and we could not use the credit within 12 months. After the ***** vaccines became available, we tried to contact *************** numerous times and no response for requesting asking for credit to the upcoming shows. I am very disappointed with the NO response policy and feel that despite my kids disabled condition, young age and ***** precautions, the business has shown negligence in addressing this matter.       I purchased a ticket to see *************** at the Montfort Concert Hall in *******, ********. The performance was canceled due to Covid-19. I requested a refund and was told that they would not issue refunds, but would credit the purchase for a future performance. When Covid-19 restrictions eased and *************** started performing again, I received an email saying that I had a new ticket on a new date and my seat would be similar to what I originally purchased. I called the number on their website trying to get someone because the date they assigned was not going to work for me. I called numerous times, left voice mail, but never received a call back. I was able to get an email address for them, and emailed to let them know I could not attend as I would be out of town at that time. I did not receive a reply. After the date they assigned me to, I received email thanking me for attending the performance, so now my credit has been used. Totally rip off.
