    I purchased a 2015 ******* ****** with 52,246 miles from this business on July 14, 2022, with a 120day/6000m warranty. After purchasing I noticed a vibrating coming from the engine bay at ~1300rpm. I took it back to the dealership September 22 to have it looked at. They said there was nothing wrong. I then took it to a ****** ******* Canandaigua for a second opinion. They said that there is a problem with the transmission with a 50/50 chance that a transmission flush would fix the problem due to being close to 60k, the standard mileage for a flush. I called Dansville Jeep to tell them this where the service manager Mark/Mike did not believe me & even called ******* where they confirmed my story, but then continued to tell me after that there was nothing wrong. I had the flush done by ******* on October 6, which did not fix the issue. The service manager at ******* Cameron put in a PA request to *******’s tech line to try to get me a new transmission on October 13 after doing an evaluation of the car, but it was denied. It was then on October 14 when the request was denied that my boyfriend made a call to Dansville & spoke directly to the owner Graham & told him the entire situation, to which he responded “if there’s no engine code there’s nothing wrong with it” & when my boyfriend expressed we were unhappy with the car, Graham responded with something along the lines of “that sucks but that’s not our problem.” I got a quote for a transmission from ******* which is $1600 before labor, & Dansville is refusing to work with me or fix my car, although I am below the 6k mark & 120 days.(I can provide more documents upon request I just do not have them physically on me as I make this complaint)

    We strongly disagree with the above referenced complaint that was filed against us. $ LLI The last time we heard from this customer we requested they contact our service department and set up an appointment for further diagnosis and any potential repairs. They never called for that appointment and instead chose to contact you. In order to end our relationship with this customer we went beyond any NYS warranty requirements and purchased the vehicle back from her. Based on this we would like this complaint noted as Resolved in your records. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
