I reached out to Brian C Pero the owner, do build a "pig" shed, replace 5 windows and some siding. This was in June of 23'. he did not come back to build the shed till I reached out to him in August. When the shed was done he has never been back. I have reached out in text, email, and phone calls. He keeps telling me next week, next week. I have called the cops for help as well, they cant do much. I have already started a small claims court case. We both signed a contract in June saying what work has to be done. The contract also says that I gave him $6,000 cash with another $2,000 after the job was done. the shed that was built is already falling apart. The floor is broken, with holes. The build of the shed is maybe, $1,500-1,800. I would like to have my money back, so I can have the work done the right way, and finished. Any help would be great, I do not want to see another person around me go though the same problems. Please let me know if you need anything else. Have a great day! ***** **

    Business Response

Called the business and this was relayed:

I signed the contract with consumer constructed a pig shed.  I order windows, manufacturer messed up the windows and the had to be reordered.  We were having trouble with getting the special order windows in a reasonable timeframe.  The consumer does not believe that it took that long or how much they cost.  I have shown him the receipt.  I tried to have the windows delivered and the consumer refused delivery from ******.  Since they are special ordered, I can not return them.  I do not owe consumer $6,000 and will not be refunding him this.   I still have the windows and if they want them, I can have them delivered.

I need to find someone new to install and buy the right size and amount that I need. i want my money back to find some one new.
