1 starIsn't it against the law for a comany to remove tags from a mattress and did not give the paperwork on the mattress?? We bought a king size mattress and boxsprings from Xtreme Mattress in Batavia about five years ago and had to replace the mattress 4 different times and pay extra money for each delivery and what we thought would be firm enough. It came with two box springs that was not even what the mattress needed to make the bed feel like it did in the store and so Jerry took the fame that we bought with the first mattress that we had left in the box as we had the mattress on the box springs is only a 2-twin size we had it just on the floor. Jerry decided to take the frame and just put a board on it found out it was only a twin, so we had to buy a king size frame bought two pieces of plywood and made a sturdy base. if the person would have let us know 3 mattresses ago, we probably would not have had an issue will never go back or recommend the Xtreme Mattress to anyone again very disappointed we could have never gone through all the mattressesReview fromTeairra O

Was looking for a mattress came in a couple of times to check pricing. I was interested in a package deal with an adjustable base spoke with the salesman on both occasions, and they both informed me of the civil service discount because my husband qualifies. I went in yesterday to purchase the mattress the woman that I spoke with was extremely rude and nasty and kept asking me what was I looking at and telling me that the price is already discounted and no further discounts would apply. I advised her of the two gentlemen that I have previously spoke with who volunteered the civil service discount information. She said they provided me with erroneous information and contacted the district manager, who also advised me of the when I try to advise him of what I was previously told she abruptly disconnected the call with him and said I told you he wouldtell you the same thing. I decided not to purchase the mattress due to her attitude and the incorrect information that I was given

At Xtreme we pride ourselves on honoring our Vets, Police and Fireman with a ten percent discount on our already deeply discounted products. The customer has been told by our Managers and the GM that there are no further discounts on package deals. The Manager in question has an excellent customer service record. The customer was told numerous times the same thing that there are no discounts on package deals as stated above. The customer is certainly welcome to take advantage of our excellent package deals or use her ten percent off anything else that is not a package deal.Teairra O

Regardless of the managers excellent customer service record that has nothing to do with the level of service that I received when I went into actually purchase the items. I am also speaking in regards to what I was told when I actually went in to purchase the items versus when I was just shopping. Please understand that as a customer your representatives being knowledgeable prior to purchase means a lot. I was told different information several times prior to me coming in to pay that is the issue and as a customer, I am allowed to feel how I feel because I given incorrect information on more than one occasion.Review fromLisa P

1 starWhat a scam . Lady told me I had 30 day comfort window and I said great as she smiles and was well aware I had eye surgery had me sign the option to decline a swap . Unbelievable and then I get mattress delivered while my neighbor is there and they took it out of the plastic which was another red flag and that also is stated on this paper that needs to be in plastic ? Well I didn't take it off ? Scam total scam and worker called police because she was scared I slammed my hand on the counter and told her she was a horrible person
