    HORRIBLE BUSINESS. We started the process in June of 2024. Paperwork was not submitted to county until 08/26/2024 and then on 09/24/2024, after contacting the county myself, I learned that plans for the wrong size house were submitted. Now we have to wait even longer for this to be corrected. Even when we received our invoice, my name was incorrect. The incorrect email for me was provided to the county. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional all together. Of course though, as soon as we paid, the check was deposited despite all the errors occurring simultaneously. Horrible company.
