    2/10/25, i purchased (2) B&C Skin Tight in Grown Hair and Razor Bump Creme Extra Strength 2oz. for $20.99 as advertised. 2/15/25, i received the wrong product (not extra strength) and emailed the company. The company replied asking me to send them a picture of the products UPC **************. I did, and was told they sent me the correct product as advertised. Please note pictures can be deceiving but writing cannot. They sent me a return authorization number with specific instructions to return unopen items, etc. I have the emails if you need them. I was never offered an exchange but they sent me two more of the same product. I never asked them to send me more of the unwanted product and only requested they send me the correct product as advertised or give me a refund. I packaged all four items along with the packaging it was shipped in and mailed it back via ****. It costs me $10.65. They received the return on 2/26/25. The gave me a refund of $12.85 and cited their return policy, restocking fee, handling charges and disclaimer stating "images are for illustrative purposes." I call it false advertisement and fraudulent business practices. Now they added both regular and extra strength products on their website. If the advertised product says its extra strength, as a consumer, I expect to receive what I paid for. Due to their fraudulent and/or error, I am not at fault and deserve a full refund despite their disclaimer or return policy as I did not order the wrong product. They sent me the wrong product.

    On 1/2/2025 I ordered 2 bottles of **** "Maximum" lotion at the price of $12.36 ea. Instead I was sent the "original" lotion, a completely different product which has a lower price, $8.31 each. Plus, of course, I paid for shipping. When I contacted the company about the substitution they refused to even recognize that they are two different products, with 2 different product pages on their website, at 2 different prices, and said that "All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement." I am not complaining about the picture. I am complaining that instead of being told that the product I ordered was unavailable, they sent me a cheaper, different product without asking me first if I wanted it, then refused to refund me even the difference between the two products. This store is dishonest and shady.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by myOTCstore.com regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They have still refused to acknowledge they sent me a different product. They did eventually agree I could send back the products I received, but I would have to pay for return shipping. It took so long, and so many emails before they even offered that resolution, that I gave away the products and just ate the cost. Would never order from them again.

    I made a purchase of 10 pkgs Pet Naturals dog calming chews they chgd my ****** acct $167.40 I never recd the product order was placed on Sept 9th 2024. they advised me order was slightly delayed. I emailed them beg of Nov looking for my order advsd still not rec'd. they advised order on the way.. kept in touch constantly , they claimed to have sent refund to the credit card billec told them chkd w/pay pal as the acct was clsd. they never rec'd a credit twd acct. said if crdt sent to **** acct went back to OTC to fwd to me. *** claims refund sent in Nov 18th I believe again tt ****** credit never rec'd. pls pls I need help they took my money,I got no product, thy never issued credit . that's a lot of money. I have huge email trail of everything I sent them get same response -refund sent to orig pymnt card. I evn told them just send me the product thy already chg me fo. ** will not

    Order #****** 11-7-2024 They sent me an order confirmation email for an amount of $251.20 This same day, minutes later, I receive an email informing me that they changed the status of the order to refund 11-8-2024 I sent an email asking the reason for the status change 11-9-2024 They responded to me that the shipping address did not match the address on the credit card, for this reason they passed the matter to the billing department to begin the refund process within a period of 10 to 14 business days 12-4-2024 I sent an email telling them that the charge appeared in my bank with reference number ****** 12-5-2024 They responded to me that they were in the process of crediting the refund and that they would notify me by email, the email was sent by ******* *. from customer service.I responded to this email asking for a specific date for the refund.12-12-2024 After not receiving a response, I sent an email requesting the status of the refund 12-17-2024 They responded to me with an email telling me "again" that they were going to refund the amount of the order, this email was sent by ****** *. from customer service I responded to this email complaining because I have not received the refund or a specific date

    On 10/29/24 i ordered 15 bottles of 8oz Calgon Morning Glory. My OTC Store charged me $95.52. 2 days later I recieved an email stating that my order was shipped with a *** tracking number ****************** I got an alert that it was delivered to **************. I live in ****************. I immediately reached out to them via email due to the fact that you can't contact no one via phone and the response was that they contacted the carrier and were going to have them resend the product. After more then a week I already felt like I was being scammed so I requested a full refund instead. They kept stating that my info was being forwarded to the billing department and they will get back to me when resolved. What do you mean?? You didn't send me anything and I'm just asking for a full refund for a product that they never sent to me! My next email is pleaded with them to do the RIGHT THING AND REFUND ME. They responded saying that they will refund me for my order 5-7 business days. Today I have a pending $43.08 so I reached back out and stated that they need to refund me the additional $52.44 for the products that I have never received due to them sending it to another state. I've attached all email correspondence between Myotcstore. Please help me get my full refund!

    I submitted an online order on 10/17/24 for $73.31. The charge posted to my credit card the same day and went through. By 10/24/24, the order was still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment" on my account. I sent a message through MyOTCStore.com asking when the order would ship. I received a response that "we are in the process to ship your order. Once we ship out the package we will inform you" and listed a phone number for me to call with questions - **************. I tried calling that number two times on different days - there was no answer, and the generic voice recording said, "Leave a message for *************; sorry mailbox is full." This is a completely different number than the one I called. It was clearly not the number of a business. After realizing the number was not real (and because my order was still "awaiting fulfillment"), I sent another message on 10/25/24 asking that my order be cancelled and refunded. I received a response stating, "We have forwarded your cancel information to our billing department to cancel and refund your order. We will provide you with further details through email." It is now 11/8/24 - I never received any more communication, I did not receive a refund, and the status of the order in my account still says "awaiting fulfillment." I tried calling the number again and received the same generic (incorrect) voicemail. I just want my money back.

    I ordered from them on October 2. They have repeatedly ignored my requests for resolution. Voicemail, email, texts...nothing but a standard reply that my complaint was forwarded to their shipping department. I requested a refund 4 days in a row, asked for contact information, asked for information regarding my order....Zero assistance. I paid for shipping and have yet to receive my order or a resolution to this. I am incensed with this company's lack of response and refusal to assist me. The order supposedly shipped but I still haven't received it nor a valid response.

    Ordered a product on July 2nd, 2024 and still haven't received it. Emailed ******************** on July 17th, 2024 but haven't received a response. I called ************* but no one answered and the call was forwarded to a full mailbox.

    After filing this complaint, I still didn't get any response from the company,  so I emailed them AGAIN and advised them that I had filed a complaint with BBB(email attached). 

    I finally received my refund.(see attached) Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    Ordered 14 bottles of Colon Health on 6/25/2024 - total: $158.30. Items arrived on 7/1/2024 and all 14 bottles had an expiration date of 8/2024 - one month out. Contacted the company and asked for a replacement or a refund. The Company asked for pictures which I provided on 7/3. On 7/6 the Company emailed indicating they would issue a refund within ***** hours. After not receiving the refund in the allotted time, I contacted the company again on 7/10 for an update. The Company responded on 7/10 that they would issue the refund within 24 hours. That is the last I have heard from this Company. I have emailed them and called them several times since and they have not responded or issued the refund as of 7/19.
