      We paid Aleksandar Gligoric owner of (Frenchie World) for a puppy he advertised on his site. He took our money and then stopped responding to us. We have no heard from him in over 2 months. He stole several thousands of dollars from us and did not provide the puppy as advertised on his website.

      I ordered gift merchandise to be delivered by this company on 5-17-22 and paid almost $50, which was charged to my card. There was an initial "shipping is delayed" email that was sent to me after the order; however, as the weeks went by, I became increasingly nervous that I was scammed. My gift order was never delivered, nor was I issued a refund. After reaching out to the company numerous times, I was finally told that the "order was lost," and I would be reimbursed. I never received my money back, but fortunately, my bank reimbursed me after it was determined this is a SCAM company. I was lucky to be reimbursed by my bank, but I feel for others who were not so lucky. Stay away, these people are scam artists!

      This company advertises on ******** and does not deliver the items. I never received the item and was offered a refund which I never received. I have reported them to PayPal in hopes of resolving the issue. I want everyone to know not to purchase anything from this site. I have attached emails from them admitting the item was lost and they are issuing a refund.

      Gift order placed early December 2021. Nothing ever received. Initial inquiries-told there was shipping issues. Subsequently, told that refund would be issued. No refund ever received, no response to numerous emails. Item plus shipping just under $50.

      SCAM. I ordered $83 worth of merchandise which was never delivered. Like other complaints I've read, I was told my order would be shipped within 10-15 days, I was then told "Kelly" would check with accounting and get back to me, needless to say that was the last communication with them. They will no longer respond. Their WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

      Bought goods from frenchie world website. Two months after the order was to be shipped, we reached out to see where it was. They got back to us and said there was an issue with the order and that it would be shipping. Three weeks later still nothing. They said they'd refund us over a month ago, and they never did. This company is scamming people. Please shut them down!!!

      I placed an online order with Frenchie World on December 5th which totaled $193.80. After about 3 weeks, I received 3 of the 6 items I purchased. I have yet to receive the other 3 items. I’ve emailed them numerous times with no reply. I’ve sent them messages on Instagram. I’ve tried calling and it says “call rejected”. The items that I haven’t received total $80.25.

      I placed an order with this online retailer on November 30, 2021. I ordered 4 items and received one. I paid $29.70 for shipping. I repeatedly emailed customer service asking for tracking information on the other items. I received generic responses "don't worry, Ms. ****** - everything is fine - the items are coming." At one point, I was told the items were in the country. The next email said they were lost and they would provide a refund. I told them I wanted to still receive the items and was assured they would place a new order, and that I wanted a refund on the shipping costs. They never provided a new order number or any tracking information after multiple requests. The last email I have from them is on December 30. So at this point, I don't have the items nor do I have a refund. Their have a customer service phone # on their website but it is not functional.

      On December 1, 2021 I ordered 3 items from Frenchie World. 1. Dog holiday sweater. 2. Dog winter coat. 3. Interactive play ball for dog. On December 20, I emailed company to say I needed order for Xmas. They responded with a tracking number and said that I would get order before Xmas. I week later I received only a broken ball described as a home duster bc it could move under furniture, not even a dog toy, and nothing about the sweater and coat. Have tried to contact for refund and no response except to send them a video of the broken ball. Total for order was 122.35, order number 37857. I have not received any response to a cancellation request or refund for broken ball that was not even what I ordered. Today is January 9th. Tracking number ******************

      On December 17, 2021 I ordered two items from Frenchie World Shop they charged my account $139.39. I got an email telling me to allow 10 business days. It’s now January 7,2022 and I have not received my items or any sort of email update. I have emailed them three times and have messaged them on Instagram but no response. I want my money back since I never got the items and at this point I don’t want them. My order number is *****.
