My 93-year-old uncle ***************************** who resides in *********, ************, has been buying coins from this business for several years now. I'm estimating the amount he has spent is about $50,000. He bought some silver coins for about $20,000 in 2022 and he has purchased about $20,000 more in 2023. The coins he bought were worn and not as described. One lot was supposedly uncirculated ******* dollars, but they were clearly worn. Someone from this business called him initially and persuaded him to buy all these coins, which after research we found he was charged about 50%-70% more than what they are worth. My sister has been out to visit him and called the business. The man she spoke with was very rude and abusive toward her. She blocked their contact from my uncle's phone, but we keep finding invoices and boxes of coins he's purchased. My uncle is a retired priest who isn't exactly rolling in money. I've read a lot of other similar stories on Yelp. This company is a scam and committing elder abuse I don't understand why they have an A+ rating. They need to be shut down. *************************

PREMIER COIN GALLERIES ******************************************************************************** ************ The following was the receipt as sent over the internet on 4/19 . What you will notice is there is no mention of the product sold . ******** was promised by *** to be signed for and 2 day delivery . The delivery at this time 4/25/2023 was not done . On 4/25 a phone call was received by my aide while I was in the shower stating from the coin company that there was no apartment number given on the package . I tried to call the company back regarding that it was quite impossible that the company did not have my my apt number as the information for me was taken by a professional secy who asked me every appropriate question and was used to doing the same . After getting them on the phone and their phone making all kinds of noises , I gave up on this especially when a got a sucker call immediately after I called coin gallery from a *********************** of a business called ************** I called A.E. and asked for a protest and return of my money , as the coins were illegally at this time in the possession of ************ . If they were lost CG could collect the ins. The coin that I was supposed to buy was grade 70 perfect 5 gold eagles 1,950 1/10 of an once 92 % Gold ,1st day of issue and a current silver eagle 2022 or 3 grade 70 . perfect . Not only is the delivery beyond the legal limit of my acceptance of the coins , but the practice of not writing on the receipt for close to **** spent is Absolutely non existant . On both of these issues , I want my money returned to me . ************************* **** ********* ,****** ******* * ** . ***** tel *********** leave a text message preferred with tel There order confirmation number follows . Business Response

************ ordered merchandise from ** on April 19th, 2023 .  We record all verifications on all of our orders, and advise the customer as soon as we call them, that they are being recorded. . I do have this verification on recording, however the file is too large to upload to the site. ************ was advised of what he was purchasing.  He even had a question about the product and was put back on the phone with his sales rep. *** secretary then finished verifying all of his information, including credit card he was using, and his address. He never mentioned an apartment # when she read the address to him.  At that time, he could have corrected **, but didn't.  She also stated he would be receiving the package in 4-5 business days.   *** secretary then asked him if he had an email address that she could send the payment receipt to for his records. A credit card receipt, is just that, a receipt showing you how much was charged to the credit card and is supplied by our credit card processor, not Premier Coin Galleries. *** merchandise was then shipped out  the very next day, April 20th, 2023 by *** tracking # ******************.  On April 24th, 2023 *** tried to deliver the package, but needed the apartment number.  On April 25th, we notice the package was coming back to **, so the same secretary called ************, explaining to him that we didn't have his apartment number and we will reship the package as soon as we receive it back from ***, which he was fine with. We then received this complaint on the BBB on April 25th, and a charge back to his credit card on April 27th.  We did not receive the package back from *** until April 27th.  If ************ didn't want the package redelivered, he could have told the secretary that when she called him to get the apartment number.

As for the phone call ************ received from *********************** of ************* we have no affiliation with that company at all.

If ************ was unhappy at anytime he could have cancelled it, and we would have refunded his money promptly.  Putting a bad review of a company that did everything right and has it on recording, is not necessary at all.
