    Furniture repair appointment scheduled for item bought through ******* no affiliation. First apt scheduled for 7/5/24 between 2:30 and 5:30, recd call around 1 PM that tech should arrive no later than 3:30. No show, call from tech at 6PM with a list of lame ** excuses. Rescheduled for 7/26/24. Recd call on 7/11/24 that sooner appointment available 7/12/24. Agreed to be available 12:30 to 3:30. Again, no show. No call or email received to advise of cancellation. Clicked on link previously received to confirm todays appointment and the message was changed to appointment cancelled, no specific reason given. No courtesy notice given. This company is a disgrace, incompetent and discourteous at least, with a total disregard of my time. Sent excessive amounts of text emails and robocalls to confirm appointment, then cant let you know they cancelled AGAIN! Hope they dont charge the seller of the furniture for a warranty repair they did not do. Shady at best.

    Zero stars. Company is a joke. Canceled appointments, finally showing up for 15 mins and saying a piece of furniture is fixed only to find after he left the same issue was still occurring. Showing up at different times and leaving because we werent home but no one told us. Changing time frames, rescheduling and reaching out to them takes weeks, you cannot get a quick turn around, you just wait for them constantly. Absolutely horrible. We will never again buy from the place we bought the furniture from again or use this service ever again. They should just close down.

    Good Afternoon Ae Da, I'm sorry your experience has been horrible. After reviewing your account, I see we have been to your home to attempt to fix your furniture twice and have another scheduled appointment next week July 9th, 2024. We received your work order on 6/6/2024 at 10:53am, and you were able to schedule an appointment with our automated system on 6/6/2024 at 11:18am. Your scheduled appointment was scheduled for 6/7/2024 which was the next day. You received your timeframe on 6/6/2024 at 11:27am and confirmed for the appointment at that time for 9AM-12PM via phone and text message. We reached out to you at 9:38am on 6/7/2024 to confirm you were home for your appointment, and our Technician was able to determine the frame was broken in 2 different areas, and he attempted to fix this until 10:10am when he left and advised this was completed. On 6/17/2024 at 10:18AM we received another work order advising the chair was not sitting up all the way after the previous repair. On 6/17/2024, we reached out to you via automated system and you were able to schedule at 11:15am which was confirmed for 6/25/2024 with a one hour call ahead. We reached out to you on 6/20/2024 at 11:15am and left a message to advise we had an available date on 6/21/2024. You returned our call at 11:24am on 6/20/2024 to confirm you would like to take the earlier appointment of 6/21/2024 with a 30 min call ahead. On 6/20/2024 at 2:03pm, our automated system reached out to confirm a 8AM - 11AM time frame for 6/21 which was also confirmed. Our tech arrived to your home at 9:34am and was not able to perform any repairs as there were no adults over the age of 18 at the time to complete the repairs. The Tech left at 9:37am, unfortunately we did not reach out to you to give you your 30 minute call ahead - which is definitely wrong procedure on our end. We received another work order on 7/3/2024 from your **************** at 10:56am, and to ensure you get the best date available we scheduled you on 7/3/2024 at 11:14am for a 7/12 appointment. Moments later at 11:20am you reached out to us to reschedule for another date. We offered dates, but were unable to provide you time frames as our timeframes are provided up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. On 7/3/2024, you were connected with one of our supervisors advising you need to be scheduled outside of your work schedule and needed a time frame after 4PM or on a weekend. You scheduled an appointment for 7/9/2024 with a one hour call ahead. Please understand timeframes are not provided to the customer until ***** hours prior to the scheduled appointments. The timeframes are provided to the customer the night before as they are not finalized until the route has been filled or finalized. This allows us to get customers scheduled for the best available date, and because of last minute changes we are unable to give those timeframes and confirm until the night before. As of right now, you are currently scheduled for 7/9/2024, and on 7/8/2024 you will be contacted to confirm your time frame. If those time frames do not work, we will be more than happy to reschedule for another date that fits your schedule and reach out in the event we have any last min cancellations to get you serviced sooner.
