I placed an order for two items and only received one, but was charged for both. This company does not have a contact phone number, only an email address. I emailed them but have not received a response about whether they will be shipping the missing item or issuing a refund.Customer response

I bought two sweaters. One came in the wrong size. The sweaters were poor quality and not as advertised. The website does not allow returns for the money spent and only offers a site credit. As I dont wish to purchase any more products I am frustrated by this policy. It feels like a scam. I just want to return these items and have my money returned to me. The items arrived today 05/14/2024 and have not been worn at all.Customer response

First they lied about delivering of items. They say 5-7 day and I didnt get my items until two weeks later when I sent an email. Then I sent my second email and said exactly what the first email that was sent. So theyre just using an automated system. I tried to reach out through their ******** page. When I said a negative comment about the delivery was a lie. I got banned from their site. They dont take negative comments. How do you honestly run a business with controlling what is said on their sites. They dont want truth to be known. I tried to reach out again with an email. Never got a response. I sent one more today and it was the same automated email. They items are not what is advertised. They said that their hoodies feel like butter. They said the hoodies was true to size. When I finally got the items. The hoodie feel cheap. Not soft but rough. The hoodie was tight through the hips. When I was reading all this reviews everyone said it was true to size and the fabric was soft. If you bought a promo of 2 for $39. It fine print they get you. It says you can not return them and you have to keep the items. When I was ordering the items I noticed that there was a $10 return purchase. Didnt think anything of it. I picked my items and hit purchase. I dont like the items. I cant return even if I selected the $10 just because of the fine line of 2 $39 promo or any other promo its a no return. If you bought a regular priced item and the $10. You could return. Any sales you cant. I want my money back. They have stole money from me and others. I ordered 2 sweatshirts on January 31st, 2024. When I received them on February 12th, one had a hole in the sleeve and the other a stain on the back of it. I have reached out to them three times and even provided pictures and have yet to receive a response. When I looked into their return policy, it stated 14 days. We are well past that now. I would like this rectified. Preferably my money back because they are not what they advertised either. They were advertised as being buttery soft sweatshirts and I can find much softer sweatshirts at Target for cheaper. Extremely frustrated.Customer response

I placed an order (number *****) on December 18,2023 and I put in my old address by mistake and it was not delivered but returned to them and after many attempts to get the refund I have not received any response from them yet.Customer response

I ordered 2 butter hoodies both in a xl. When they sent the shipping information I noticed it had been changed to 1 xl and 1 xs ? I have emailed the company 3 times and No one has contacted me to even try to fix it. I see they have done this with others and I just want my hoodie for my trip in 3 weeks. I received my items that are not as subscribed on their website, ******** and Instagram. The material is not at all buttery soft and the sizes run very small.Ive sent the company a message via email website and ********. I received an automated response via email stating I can get a credit to exchange the items.I want to return the items not exchange them. There is no customer service at this company. *** requested several times for a refund but no response other than the one automated email.I have been researching the company and realize there are numerous complaints about this company with the same issues I am currently experiencing.Customer response

On November 24, I placed an order for 2 shirts. Received them on December 5.I emailed this company and told them the shirts were a little big. I wanted to exchange them. After that, I searched their website and found a place to order an exchange label. I also received a $25 gift card so I placed an order for a jacket and the exchange label. On December 18, I received the jacket but no label. In the meantime, I've sent numerous other emails. Still no response! I still have not gotten an exchange label. I also emailed to tell them the jacket is too small. I keep getting their advertisements selling their merchandise but I can't get any replies to my emails. I will be contacting my credit card next to see if I can get my money back. Please help and tell me what else I can do?Thank you, ***********************Initial Complaint

Date: 12/17/23 **** $167.12 Complaints: Poor Communication, Inferior Product ( thin and cheap feeling material) , False Advertising ( "Butter Soft" , Made in ***, Small Family Business, 100 percent happiness guarantee) I didn't receive my products until 1/4/24 after website stating all orders will be received in 5-7 business days. I emailed the company 3 times prior and got NO response, until I saw another ad on ******** touting their amazing hoodies, under the heading, " Viral TikTok Product", and not "SRL/ Seven Rock Life" which their website says is their name. I read the comments of people stating they didn't receive their hoodies, so I decided to make a public comment about not receiving my order, then all of a sudden someone answered me. Miraculously, I got my order the next day. I was instantly disappointed; the hoodies are soft, but nothing special, and the material is thin and cheap looking. There were no product tags with the company name on the hoodies, only the tag on the inside collar which states: ***************************** and "Made In China". I could've gotten a nicer hoodie at ******* for $10, not the $40 I paid for each one. I really believed I was purchasing a unique, well made product that I was excited to buy for my sons. Upon looking up the return policy, the website states that if you bought the product as a deal, i.e. 2 for $79, they do not offer refunds or exchanges! I have never heard of such a thing. It appears that they are ALWAYS offering 'deals' , so basically, nobody will qualify for a refund or exchange, even though the website states "100 percent Happiness Guarantee".Initial Complaint

I ordered two hoodies from this company the middle of Dec 2023. Company stated would be delivered prior to Christmas. I still have not received. I went to the main web page to submit a request for a delivery date. The page allows you to give relevant information, such as name, etc. However, when you go down to write the page goes to another item. I tried six times and realized I wasn't going to get to submit.
