    On 01/04/2025 I made a purchase of $50.19. I was tracking my package (tracking number ******************************) and it got to my local post office and then was returned to sender. Package arrived back to the original sender on 01/22/25. I have not received a refund, so I reached out to see if I could be issued my refund. They informed me that they credited my account but did not tell me how to use the credit. I asked them specifically what I needed to put in the discount code box as they instructed me to do and they stopped responding. I have messaged them 4 times now on their website since 01/27/2025 and have not received a response. They are stealing my money at this point. This company should not be in business as I looked at their ******** profile and all the comments are reporting similar instances. I no longer wish to have a credit or replacement order because I will not be supporting this company and their theft.

    I purchased a product from seven rock life in 12/2023. I was not impressed by it so I never ordered from there again. Since that time I have tried to get off their mailing list. There website contains no real way to have it removed. All efforts by me to do this never go through. I get the message from the MAILIR DEMON that it cannot be sent. Many many many times I have attempted but never have the emails stopped. Im talking sometimes 10 or more per week. So very annoying and a waste of time deleting these things. Really just want this company to stop sending me emails. Seems so very easy like most other sites. You unsubscribe and you are done. Not this SRL theres no place to do this. I just want them stopped.

    Tried to order from this company. Paid for express "next day" shipping, and never shipped even after 6 days. Contacted after day 4, with only automated responses from the company, but no real person answering. There is no other way to contact the company other than email. They also offer a "$25 gift card" with your order, which turns out to be a $25 off $125 coupon. Such a ripoff! No end in sight about my order.

    I have routinely gotten spammed emails from these people and I have never done business with them nor have I signed up to be on their mailing ******* amount of unsubscribing, blocking, deleting, complaining, or ignoring does any good.Since the last time I reported them to the ***, I have gotten 12 additional emails from them. This is after they were blocked.

    Order placed 12/23/24. Order total $106.22. Merchandise received 12/30/24. Items being returned were not true to size. Requested exchange. Return denied by company saying the items being returned were not eligible to be returned/exchanged. Emailed and asked why (according to online website return info these 2 items were eligible) and requested to be called/contacted by representative from the company. Their response was just to keep sending me the return policy. Requested a second time for order to be returned/exchanged and it was denied a second time with the same automated reply. No phone number to contact the company directly. They basically stole $106.22 from me. My next step is to call my local TV station and expose their total scam!!!

    Placed an order on December 4th and received an email confirmation.They included a **** tracking number. When I looked at the tracking, it stated that the order had not been received and that is still true today, December 18th.This is a Christmas gift. The company stated that shipping would be n 4-5 days. Way past that.I cannot find a phone number anywhere for their customer service, but did send several emails asking why I haven't gotten my order, no response until today when they resent the original confirmation. I either want my order received before Christmas or issued a refund since my credit card has already been charged. Thank you.

    this business participates in false advertising practices. They advertise a $25 gift card with purchase. If you select that you want the $25 gift card purchase you are charged additional shipping and handling which I paid.After my transaction was complete I received a coupon For $25 off a purchase of $125 or more. The coupon could not be combined with any other discounts.A coupon and a gift card are not the same. Had I known that I was receiving a coupon and not a gift card I would not have paid for the additional shipping and handling.This issue has been reported by numerous consumers on BBB site.There is no way to contact this company by phone and emails go unanswered.If you leave a negative comment on their ******** page, you are immediately blocked from the ******** page. Since all negative comments are removed, consumers do not have a realistic impression of this company.This company should not be allowed to continue offering a free gift card with purchase. I have enclosed a picture of their advertisement of the $25 gift card, the amount I was charged for shipping fees in order to get the $25 gift card and a copy of the coupon code I received instead of a gift card.

    Annoying, unwanted emails as many as 3 or 3 per day! Asked them to stop instaed they sent more! They are a scam business with many people being taken for money! I have put the word out on ******** also.

    I placed an order with SRL on 9/29/24 and its now 10/28/2025 and I have yet to receive my merchandise or a refund. Ive sent several emails and have gotten generic auto-response emails in return. Ive emailed questions before and have gotten a personal responses but when Im asking where my order is, advising them thats its been in a pre-shipment status since 10/3 and I would like an update or requesting a refund I get nothing. I want to file this complain because as far as Im concerned theyve stolen $128.64 from me.

    Placed an order on August 25, 2024 in the amount of $113.62. Never received order. No tracking updates. No response to email inquiries other than automated responses. No phone number listed to contact anyone about order. Just want refund of my money.
