There is someone that is harassing me. I received a package from Dicks by mail. Inside it said eat a **** and had a bag of candy *****. The package was filled with glitter and made a major mess when opened.Initial Complaint

We received two harassing anonymous packages from this company. They say they will only send something if you have their full name - our packages only had our last name on it. They say they will not send to harass. Our address is private. No friends sent this. We believe this is part of ongoing online harassment and threats we have received online and they are now complicit and participating in those threats. We want the name of who sent this. Doxxing is illegal in Minnesota and we need to know who has our address and sent this.Initial Complaint

This compnay illegally sent me a food based product at my home business. My son needs an Epi Pen. It was sent to harrass me. This company is a shadow company that seems to work in the underground and no contact information.Initial Complaint

I’m my family is being harassed and received an offensive anonymous package that is considered more harassment and threat by the legal team handling this case. The policies of this company are posted on line and they say they will release the sender if required by law. The only contact information posted is a gmail address and they will Not reply to the lawyers. The fulfillment company released the order number to the lawyers and apologized for the threat received by mail. This is unacceptable and if they are going to be responsible for participating in harrassing people by mail they should be required to respond for their involvement and provide information when asked.Initial Complaint

I made my purchase in April 25,2022. I paid extra for 2/4 days express shipping. As of yet I haven’t received my purchased items. I have email them twice with regards to refunding my express shipping payments since the items were not delivered by the guaranteed date and they will not respond. I even thought they had responded to my previous email but it was just a thread from the beginning. I have attached my emails. Also, there is no why to contact anyone via telephone. And to date my package still has not arrived. Since no one will return my emails and i can’t contact anyone about my purchased I feel douped.Initial Complaint

On 3/23/2022 I received a delivery at my work. Upon opening the container, I was shocked to find what was inside. I found a large card that said, "EAT A BAG OF DICK'S". Accompanied with the card was a bag of gummy penis'. This has led to some very uncomfortable feeling and conversations. If find this completely irresponsible and even in their own policy they claim on is not allowed to send to a place of employment. They do not verify the age, gender, orientation of the recipient and certainly not the address being a residence. Dick's by Mail is complicit in the harassment towards me. Their irresponsible behavior and actions should not go unnoticed. I have reached out via email and have not received any response. In reading the other reviews this appears to be common. There is no regard for who this is sent to and needs to stop. It is hurtful and cruel. Because of their own policies, the clearly recognize the issues they support. While they have some fine print that discourages people from sending these unless it is for humor, this is very obviously a tool for anonymous harassment and online bullying. As someone with an anxiety disorder, having an exploding package sent to me was extraordinarily cruel, akin to sending someone with photosensitivity an unlabeled flashing light.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on December 14. As of January 1st order was not received. One of the items was just delivered on January 2nd and the item was melted due to the time of travel. Contacted the company by email (this is the only option) 6 times now with not one response. I need someone from the company to contact me back to obtain reimbursement.Initial Complaint

Received this harassing package at my place of work when it states on there website that they won’t allow that package is sexually explicit and harassing to be received at my work address and I won’t stop until I have resolution even if I have to go through the law , so far no return email from these guys on package sent
