NEW !!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If i could give them ZERO STARS, I would!! This is, by far, THE WORST moving company I’ve ever used. They were rude, they charged my fiancée and I $300 more than they quoted us, with no extras, they just threw on $300 extra dollars. Then, they destroyed our TV (see pictures) and said they WILL NOT do anything because “THEY BELIEVE”, they didn’t do it. We’ve asked for the owner to call us several times and we have been ignored every time!!! I told them we would get our attorney involved and the man who was the secretary said, “do what you gotta do”. I want them to be reimbursed for the original cost of the TV ($1400.00)

To whom it may concern,This is an unfortunate circumstance, and we send our sincere apologies to the customer if they were not satisfied with the service provided. The TV mentioned in the complaint was placed in storage prior to this move by someone other than our company. We can say confidently there was no damage that occurred in our moving truck from the storage unit to the customer's home, there was no physical damage to the TV. If this was damaged while being transported there would be physical damage. We cannot take ownership of someone else's fault. There was no other damage reported during this move. As soon as the TV was carried into the customers resident they immediately plugged in and said it was broken. Its highly unusual for a customer to immediately check 1 item and 1 item only. We did speak to the customer verbally via our home office, in which our employee endured vulgar language, which is not acceptable, and we chose to end verbal communication at that point. As far as the additional $300 they are reporting, this is untrue. They were charged 4 hours of service and 1 hour of travel time, the travel time is standard per DOT regulations and disclosed on all jobs. We charge an hourly rate of $150, which is also disclosed and written on our job sheets. The 5 hours total comes to $750, and this is what was charged.Thank You!
