I was recommended by an old neighbor so I called them and scheduled them the week of my wedding! Worst mistake ever! 1) They give you a 4 hour window. If I waited at my house for 4 hours I would have cleaned the whole thing. 2) They did not show up in the four hour window so I called and I am not joking when then told me they were running late because one of their vacuum cleaners started on fire....excuse me!! I'm a new customer and you bring your own supplies and you are going to tell me that your vacuum started on fire in a customer's house! 3) We could not wait around any longer so we just left the house unlocked!! And left cash on the counter. Upon getting back to the house and $191 the house looked like I cleaned it in 30 minutes by myself. They claim they send 4 people. The master bathroom has a glass shower. And I know they are difficult to clean but it looked like no one even tried. (Mind you the shower was 2 months old and we had cleaned it weekly previously) They did not do the toilet in the half bathroom. There was dog food on the floor. (My dog can only eat wet food and of course takes it out of the bowl to eat it on the hardwoods). I know you have to use some elbow grease to get it off but absolutely none was used. They don't do stainless steel, windows, microwaves or ovens. My advice is to hire anyone else but this company. Or better yet take the half hour out of your day and do the once over yourself and save the $191!! After complaining they send they would refund me $25. That's a joke first of all second of all & it took 2 months.
