  In April 2022, we commissioned RTI to uninstall, move and reinstall existing custom shelving at our new office location. We also commissioned them to order additional matching custom shelving to supplement our existing shelving. They successfully uninstalled, moved and reinstalled our existing shelving. We paid them $5,600 for this job. After taking measurements for the additional shelving, they assured us that ordering to our specifications would not be a problem. They took our order for these additional shelves and estimated a total cost of $1,092.90. They invoiced us and they processed a 50% down payment of $546.45.In August 2022, RTI came to our office to install the new shelves. We found issues with the shelves they brought to install, including the following: All of the new shelves had holes in them, were of lesser quality, and were a different color than what we ordered.They left us with four missing shelves (they didn't alert us of this before they showed up to install the shelves).After this installation, RTI assured us that they would order the missing shelves, but that it could be a long wait if we wanted the color we initially ordered. In late 2022 and early 2023 we had three phone conversations with the owner, Bhim. He explained that the color difference and lesser quality (holes) were things they could not avoid as they have a different supplier now. We accepted this on each of the three occasions and said we simply wanted them to complete the job as best they could, even if it could not be of the quality or color originally promised. On each occasion RTI made promises: they would send someone the next business day; or ******, their office associate, would be in touch before the end of the week. None of that ever happened. We have been unable for many months to get them to complete the job, and they have stopped taking our phone calls and responding to our emails.
