    The owner, Javier ***** runs an unlicensed business doing construction on residential sites without worker safety. The owner claimed to know the work and caused damages to the structure of my home including tiles, siding, door and door frame, and other areas. My mother suffered injuries as a result of the neglect to fix the work he started. Police were called to my property after Javier ***** with the intent to trespass, offered to issue a refund but did not return the monies as promised. We now have to hire a new company to fix what he destroyed. Javier ***** showed up drunk all the time and left the work unfinished. I demand a refund due to poor workmanship, deceit, and destruction of property.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Javier Upholstery Design LLC regarding complaint ID ********. I have filed a lawsuit at the small claims court in Queens. I dont expect the business to answer any communication from you or anyone else because they are not licensed to do construction work.
