worst experience ever this business has no integrity whatsoever and very dishonest People. I went there to buy a ********** took it to one mechanic and took it to the manufacturer, and they both said that there were a lot of issues with the vehicle. The ********** service center told me that Mr **** (*************) bought the vehicle in For a diagnostic prior to me purchasing it and that he already knew what was wrong with the vehicle, but I guess its not his job to tell me that The vehicle has issues its for me to purchase the vehicle and find out later when Im sitting on the side of the road I guess .anyway the diagnostics cost me $200 for something that he already knew that the vehicle had issues I spent money also towards the car paying for tuneups,fuel and a car wash which cost me $400 all for nothing because I had to bring it back for a exchange because theres no refunds and when I asked ************* if I get another vehicle, can you reimburse me for the expenses or deduct what I put into your damage vehicle you sold me which I only had for two days he said no I put money into it also he said. so now I have to get it another way and take another step and get a lawyer and of course you have to put money into it its your investment. so then since theres no refund, I had to get an exchange so I had no choice to continue and deal with this so I decided to get a ****** Camry, which was $******. I already had $9363 down and I wanted to finance the rest. so ******+ tax brings me to $23,517 so I put $6000 more plus $9363 all ready down so my down payment was $15363 subtract that . that leaves $8154 but $300 which was my deposit was supposedly gone to fees but there slogan said no fees .and I gave them another $200 through Zelle for something else having to do with Dmv fees so my loan was $8481 from the bank, thats what it stated on the contract and then I found out later Mr **** increased the loan amount to $9819.11 from $8154 which is fraud
