  I called RIJI Home improvements for an estimate to completely redo my kitchen. ***** came to review our project and was able to provide us with a fair estimate for the labor and ady worked with me on the design and selecting finished material for our kitchen it was a real pleasure to work with an experience company and I am extremely happy with the final product (I will attach after pictures )The working crew were very nice & respectable the guys came on time every morning, and made sure to clean up the working areas daily . I am pleased & very happy with my decision.I will be using RIJI Home improvements again for more work that needs to be done in my home. It feels good to finally find a good firm that isn't about doing a fast cheap job, just to **** money out of you. They really do appreciate the business, and it shows in the quality of work.

  I hired RIJI Home improvements to handle the renovation of our apartment bathroom. Co-op buildings present more hurdles but *** renovation handled the paperwork gauntlet smoothly. More specifically, I was pleased with the quality of the work, the fact that it was completed close to the stated time, 5 weeks, the communication--*** was always forthright on the project, what they were doing, when I had questions he got back to me quickly, ***** was also helpful on the financial end, and ***** was also professional and communicative. It was on the expensive side, I thought, but we are pleased with how it turned out.

  I am so pleased with RIJI Home improvements work done on my two story addition. RIJI Home improvements was highly recommended and *** the owner came through. I was ready to upgrade my home and with **** professionalism, patience, expertise and his team I was able to realize my vision. *** is honest and does not cut corners. Moreover he is sticking to his timeline and oversees a project from start to finish. His daily updates on work being done made me feel at ease. Thank you again for coming through and completing on time. I will be definitely recommending.

  *** and his crew did a fantastic job installing an exterior door from an existing window in our utility/laundry room. The team was very professional and completed the job quickly. They were thorough in their work and were able to troubleshoot some challenges that came up with installing a landing/steps outside the door. My wife and I really appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to replicate the craftsman style trim to match the rest of our home. The door looks like it was original to the home built in the ****s. Overall, great job by the team. Will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

  Absolutely terrible people! I thought they were nice people. They were ******* me and felt uncomfortable. They gave two days to decide if I want to start within 2 days because of the rush, I said I wasn't **************** abruptly said " let us know when you have the money" after I have given a deposit but that wasn't the point. So **** canceled the entire project and thank God I had my assistant with me to hear it. Because I'm a woman they think I'm not going to pursue them. Don't do it. There are professionals out there, that will walk you thru the process, not pressure and show their credentials and will answer any questions you may have. I will get my entire deposit, any days lost from work and legal fees!

  Had the pleasure of working with ***** (project manager) and *** (owner) for this project, both of whom I highly recommend working with. My project with them was a 800sqft garage conversion ADU, which turned out beautifully as shown in the pictures below.***** was a very pleasant and responsible PM, very easy to talk to and always on top of scheduling. He would frequently stop by the site to make sure work was going as expected, and would brief me on things such as what work needed to be done next and what needed to be bought. For owners that are doing this for the first time, he is the kind of PM you'd want.I also have the utmost respect for ***, who was the reason I decided to go with **** in the first place. He was easygoing, an efficient PM that kept work on track, and overall an extremely dependable individual you'd want to entrust your project to.Working with ***** and *** felt like working with friends and that's exactly what you want with a construction project spanning months. A heartfelt thank you to both of them and all the workers at RIJI Home improvements for a job well done on my ADU.

  Me and my wife decided to get our kitchen remodel and the bathroom as well, The job was fast and clean and they even finished before schedule and we managed to save couple of thousands on the way. Even one issue that we had with the City This amazing team manage to solve pretty fast. Next year we're gonna do the kids bedroom with you guys! So thank you very much ********************************* For the hard and wonderful work you did!!Now I can say happy wife happy life.

  This is the second time that we have used RIJI Home improvements and Handywork.The first time was a few months ago, when we hired **** to take over a bathroom remodeling project at one of my dad's property that had been messed up by a another general contractor.We got their information from a friend who had his kitchen remodeled by them and was very happy with their work, plus they had some great feedback online.****, ***** and the team did a great job in fixing the poor plumbing work that had been done by the previous contractor.Both me and my wife were thinking about remodeling our kitchen and after the good experience we had with **** and *****, we decided to hire them once again.Everything worked out as planned. We were given a lot of assistance with the design and felt that **** and ***** had our back throughout the entire remodeling project.Over all we had a very positive experience with RIJI Home improvements and Handywork.

  The customer service and attention to detail that RIJI Home improvements and Handywork showed throughout our project was outstanding. ****** and ****, our project managers were extremely helpful and made this journey a very positive experience.We hired RIJI Home improvements and Handywork based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors who had worked with ****** and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork in the past. We had ********************** and their team remodel 3 bedrooms, guest bathroom, master bathroom and our backyard. They did wonders with the house. We also hired them for architectural and design services.During the project we had an issue of not ordering enough tile for one of the bathrooms, this was a mistake made by the company as they had provided us with the quantities to order a few months before starting the remodel. Unfortunately, the tile was discontinued, and we could not order the missing tiles to complete the bathroom. However, ****** and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork took full responsibility for the matter and helped us choose a new type of tile. They placed a new order with the correct amount for the entire wall on the expense of the company.We did have some setbacks during construction but ********************** and the company were on top of everything and took care of all setbacks in a timely manner.The entire remodel took about 7 months to complete. During this time ****** and **** became part of the family. We had daily conversations and updates in addition to weekly meetings at the property. The remodeling crew that performed the work were friendly professional and easy to deal with.Overall, working with RIJI Home improvements and Handywork was a 5 star experience. They were organized responsible, hard working and most importantly did a beautiful job remodeling our home.A big thank you to ****** and **** for having our backs throughout the project and for making this process as easy as possible. I will definitely be recommending!
