Contracted Tri Sate in Nov 2021 to install railing on my stoop. Workmanship on welds is sloppy and unprofessional. Reached out 3 times to have them come to my house to review work. They set 2 appointments but never showed up. Called 3 more times and they failed to respond. In January 2022 we noticed the railings started to rust. Emailed and called multiple times again and they still have not responded. They refuse to respond or address my concerns. My only option is to go to their location but I dont want a confrontation so I am seeking the assistance of the BBB.Business response

Our records does not indicate we did any work for **************** in ***********************. However I will go to **************** to see what is going on and why I am involved in this complaint. If there is something I can do to help him I would.

Attached are copies of my contract with Tri State which notes the cost ($1,600), deposit ($200) and work to be performed. Also attached are the business with the deposit noted as well as the Paid in Full noted. I will send an email from Tri State, as a separate document, stating they are sending the invoice.Business response

Today February 16th. 2022, ************************* went to ******************** home where the initial installation was done. **************** chooses a different design. We will fabricate new design customer choose. Customer requested that new railing be treated with metalized anti-rust treatment. ( customer agreed to pay for ************************** anti-rust treatment ) and we will fabricate and install new railings for customer at no additional cost, with 2 weeks except for Metalized anti-rust treatment which customer agreed to pay for.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:******* assessment is correct. At this time I would request keeping the complaint open until the replacement railings are installed completely. Once that occurs, I will agree to close the complaint.
