    I want to thank Robert, Bryan and Alison who were professional, friendly and most of all patient with me. They made my move to Puerto Rico easy and less stressful. The poor guys and ****** trucking who delivered my goods had to travel two flights of stairs, but International Sea and Travel kept their word on door-to-door moving included. If I ever need them again it would be my pleasure. Thank you again! Happy Holidays ????

    USE WITH CAUTION! Five companies handled our furniture from the ********* to ********* which arrived ********, damaged, or missing. Do not take out insurance through this company; it protects the company from liability, etc.

    Dear ******,We are sorry to hear that certain items arrived damaged or were missing from your shipment. I can assure you that we have thoroughly investigated the situation with all involved parties.International shipping is very complex and requires various entities to facilitate a move from point A to Z. One of the five companies you cite include "Navis ************* whom you contracted separately from us to handle the Custom crating of certain high value items. Prior to your pickup, we explained that we could only offer ******************** for these particular items since they were not professionally crated by us. Your contract also stated we were not responsible for crating of these items. You took All ************** for the rest of your shipment, which offers more extensive coverage as we have control over the packing/wrapping. We provided you with the ****************** of both insurance options.I would like to add that you received a Settlement Claim from our insurance provider in the amount of $5,396.65.Regarding the items that arrived ********, please know we have no reason to ******* your valuable possessions. We would be working against ourselves; putting your possessions and our company in jeopardy while compromising the condition of your items and our reputation. You were informed by our office that the Chandelier's wooden crate was removed by Customs in ********* as part of their inspection process. Unfortunately, these matters are out of our control and we cannot alter Customs procedures. Ultimately, we apologize for any inconveniences you experienced while using your services. However they did not result from any intentional wrongdoings or matters within our control.

    So far, we have had a great experience with International ********* for our International move from ********** to *****. The company including ****, *******, and ****** have been very helpful and accommodating for all our needs during this large move. ****** was extremely helpful arranging our pickup from two separate addresses and his crew overseen by ***** were very impressive with their efficiency and experience packing!

    **************** From initial contact through the delivery of our items to Ireland, the service was excellent. They were quick to respond to any/all questions throughout the process. Collection of items in ****** was quick and professional, arrangement and delivery of items in Ireland was also quick and professional. All paperwork was handled by the company. They were kind enough to place all items in the appropriate rooms throughout the house. No items were damaged during transport. Could not have asked for a better and more supportive group to help with our move.
