      I placed an order #****** with the Bariatric Pal online store on 1/7/22. I received a message on 1/11/22 stating my order had been delivered. After a few days of not seeing the order in my mailbox, I used the store's chat function to let them know. Th rep said they would reissue the order with signature requirement. I have still not received the order. I utilized chat once again and submitted a comment on their ******** page asking for a more direct means of contact. I am received no response. Up until now, I've had several orders from the store without incident. I would just like to get what I ordered.

      My package never arrived order ****** and **** claimed they delivered it but they obviously delivered it to the wrong house!! I don’t care jf they said it’s correct because I don’t have my package!!! I don’t understand where the empathy and customer service is. Their reps are rude and careful . I’m simply not waiting weeks for a **** claim!! that is not fair to me as a customer! This is week 2 dealing with them. Bariatric pal tried to act like they were doing me a favor by offering me a replacement when I needed the stuff days prior and had surgery that day so I couldn’t wait for them to screw around. I don’t want to support bariatric pal ever again at this point because this customer service has been the worst ever! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

      Hi,

      We have received the customer's report about not receiving the package and we did everything we could to try to resolve the issue. We offered the customer a reshipment with a signature confirmation requirement to make sure that the customer will get the package but she refused and demanded for a refund instead which couldn't be processed right away since we will need to wait until the **** investigation is approved. Also, the customer service representative was never rude to the customer. We have attached a full screenshot of the email conversation in this email to support the allegation.

       The replies from the BBB complaint has been rude. Saying you offered me a replacement package when it was too late already!!! Thinking you actually resolved something and you DIDNT! My resolution is getting my refund. I’m tired of dealing with this. I’ve said I don’t want a reshipment!!!! I already had the surgery and took my business somewhere else to get the stuff I needed. I would never even recommend this company to a friend Ever. Any good customer service would accept that I don’t want a replacement because I’ve already gotten what I need. You’ve now left a customer waiting almost 2 weeks with no refund yet.

      The delivery service confirmed via GPS that the package was delivered to your address and rejected your claim. We offered to replace your order but you rejected our offer. You can respond to our customer service email if you change your mind.

      I placed an order and it was supposed to arrive in less than a week. It was supposed to deliver Saturday and the post office claims they delivered it when they did NOT! I told bariatric pal I needed these items because my surgery was today!!! They said they have to file a claim with **** to give my refund which is **!!! The lady tbat called me wasnt caring and didnt apologize either . I want my money back!!!!!

      We offered to reship your order FREE of charge via express service. You wanted your money back. We called your local post office and the postmaster himself confirmed that your package was delivered to your house as per their GPS coordinates. You can clearly see this by tracking your order at ***************************************************************************************** . As per our shipping terms we processed your claim with **** and are waiting to hear back from them on your case. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience.

      Please send us the information of the person you spoke with at ***** Nobody said you would need to wait weeks. It usually takes a few days for them to get back to us post lost package investigation. Please use our customer support email to communicate with us and not the BBB website. We will not respond to further messages about this issue on here.
