    I just received my first order and was excited to try the UNFLAVORED liquid protein in my coffee. The product has the color and consistency of honey. It DEFINITELY has a flavor and is extremely sweet. I contacted the company requesting a refund and was told they were sorry I did not like the product. PERIOD. End of communication. I then tried to cancel my annual vitamin subscription without any luck. I'm afraid I will have to file a complaint and stop payment order with my credit card company. BEWARE of this company. Their business tactics are unscrupulous.

    Beware of this organization. Only received 1/3 of my order and they refused to send the rest or give me a refund. Worked with customer service for 6 weeks and they have closed my case. I am out $200.

    I really wanted to love this company because they offer tons of bariatric-friendly options. The first time I ordered from them, I had to remind them to ship my items because it had been so long. They shipped it the day I wrote in. I thought it would just be a one time thing. Well, it happened again, and this time they were out of stock for something. Once again, they sent it out after I chatted in. I really, really wanted this to work out but Im just going to pay extra for a different company. If you want, give them a shot. Cant blame people for purchasing from them since they have a wide array of items.

    Worst company I've ever encountered. As I checked out, I was told I could choose a FREE item because of the amount of my order. I was CHARGED for the item. I had to open a chat, and they "refunded" the money. Because of that, I did not get my free item at all. So I chatted TWICE more to find out when I would get the item. I had gotten the rest of the order. Finally, I was twice told that I would not get the free item until I placed a future order. Obviously I'm not ordering from there again. Not acceptable.

    Beware when trying to do a return. I ordered a three month supply of chewable vitamins. I opened one. They tasted nasty and made me sick. I returned the two unopened bottles. I received a confirmation email giving me a refund for one bottle. I contacted them and was told the warehouse only saw one bottle in the box. I disputed this but how does one prove they shipped two bottles in one box? Very disappointed!

    False advertising and high shipping costs. I was looking for a good price on a certain cracker. I had looked it up on ****** (sold in 3 packs) and then found it listed on ******* through Bariatric Pal. The picture for the item shows a pack of 3 crackers. The item was listed at $10.99 and shipping at $9.99. Even though shipping was high, the total cost was a bit better than ******s 3 pack. Well, when it arrived, it was only 1 4.5 oz pack. I contacted the company and they said sorry even though it shows 3 packages of crackers in the picture its only 1 package. I went back-and-forth a little bit with a company rep who just kept saying the same thing followed by Have a healthy day!Its false advertising and ridiculous to pay $21 for a 4 1/2 ounce pack of crackers! Their shipping costs are ridiculous.

    I order a specific brand of bagels from this company. My last two orders the bagels arrived moldy and they refuse to refund me and they weren't cheap! I'm very displeased with their casual attitude and told me I should have upgraded to two-day shipping even though the order included a cold pack and arrived in three days. They don't care.

    Like the other HUNDREDS of awful reviews- please steer away from Bariatric Pal. Use a different company for your bariatric needs, trust me now. They are RUDE, they do not back up their claims and you will either not get everything you paid for but it will be damaged or less than.

    If it was possible to leave them 0 stars I would. First or all the product isnt cheap and then they arrive damaged or not at all. The box was in perfect condition so that tells you it was the shipper. They refuse to give refunds. Then one item didnt arrive and they are saying that they will not be shipping another. You can keep your money and trash product! I will never be ordering from this company. Your customer service is absolutely horrible and rude. Do better!

    I am so angry with this company. On 1/4/23 I received my compression garment post abdominal surgery. After 2 weeks ( never washed ) it started fraying and elastic coming off. I spoke with them, they would not refund me, nor would they send me a new one. The response sorry, have a good day. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING, Just my opinion ****** *
