I purchased tickets for the Friday, March 22, Argentina vs. El Salvador game. They were two club level tickets in section C1 so I could sit by the players bench. The day of the game I drove three hours from **, arriving at the stadium only to find out the section my seats were in was closed without notification. I had no interest in sitting anywhere else and would not of purchased $375 club tickets if I had known this previously. I went to the guess service desk to informed them my disappointed. The manager from ***************** understood my situation and he gave me a card where I can call and email someone at customer service for *****************. Days later sent out an email to them and a few days after that I was able to talked to them But here is where the big issue starts. ***************** is telling me that I needed to contact AGM Entertainment to complain because they are responsible for what happened. I did what they told me. AGM Entertainment and so far I haven't heard from anybody about my concern. I tried calling them and nobody answers. You can't even leave a message. It's not fair to us that they decided to closed the section I purchased my tickets and nobody bothered to notify me in advance to see if I wanted to keep the tickets or not. They just chose a random seating for me and my son to sit. My son is a big Fan of Argentina and to give him a nice surprise I managed to purchase those tickets closer to the players to find out we have been moved. Please help me. It's totally unfair. That ***************** and AGM decided to closed a section without caring for the people that already purchased tickets.please let me know if you need additional information. I really don't know where else to go. This is unfair, totally unfair.Thank you!
