    If there was a way to leave no stars- I would! Beyond frustrated with this company. Same Day appliance - is more like they respond they will come, and never show. Then never answer calls or return messages. The technician was very nice, required 2 parts and that took another 5 days. Machine still didn't work correctly - called the main number. No response! THen I was told we will be reimbursed - that never happened! We are now looking for a new washing machine ! beyond mad that the owner wouldn't even answer my call -- until I called from my husband's phone!

    SAME DAY APPLIANCE TECH is GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND! Saturday 01/14/23. Scheduled service call. Never came. waited till late afternoon and texted the company. At 5:46 PM he texted to reschedule for Sunday Sunday 01/15/23 - Repairman (***) recharged my refrigerator and told me it would take 24 hrs. If not cold enough, to call back and he would check the (pressure). Tues morning 01/17/23 - texted ***. He texted back, I will know my schedule in 2 hours. Never heard a word from him after that. Wed 01/18/23 - I texted STILL WAITING. no response Thurs 01/19/23 - Called company and spoke with owner ( *** ) He said he was away and would personally come if I could hold on till Tues and he would recharge at no cost. " 1 out of 10 times we have to come back and recharge " he said Tues 01/24/23 - not a word from *** Thurs 01/26/23 - I called *** and again, he said I will be back in town Sat and will schedule for monday 12-3 PM. I said confirm this with me Monday morning, my time is valuable too! Monday 01/30/23 - Not a word! At7:28 PM I called *** and he said " I was Busy". I said are you going to fix this, or if not, I will go on social media with this. ***s answer " GO AHEAD " and he hung up. Over 2 weeks and no resolution. They don't respond to texts and don't keep appointments if there is a problem The owner tells you to basically get lost, Do not do business with *** at Same Day Appliance Tech
