      On February/26/2025 I purchased 4 set of rims for ****** , on March/4/2025 my order was cancelled because the billing & shipping address didnt match they say I was flag for fraud, I contacted them about the refund its was supposed take 1 - 3 business days , I contacted my bank after the 3 days about the refund they said auto rim shop cancelled the order but never refunded my money , I been trying resolve the issue with auto rim shop, they claim my bank account was never charged but its was they took the money out my account immediately and second time I contact them they told me I will receive a phone call from Their accounting section which I never had.

      Purchased 3 rims from Auto Rim Shop on 2/7/2025. Requested a cancellation the same day due to not needing the items. Reached out via email and called numerous of times with no response. Tried again to connect with the merchant and was informed that they are unable to cancel due to automated system. The order has been received but not processed or prepared for shipping. Merchant is unresponsive and unwilling to aid in any resolutions. They requested that I allow the order to be delivered and processed as a return. With this I am subject to an item restock fee starting at $25 an item which totals out to $75. They need to address this as its not fair for consumers to have to put up with this.

      I order a rim from the Auto Rim Shop on 11/16/24 for ******. Upon receipt of the rim we opened the box seen it was the wrong color for the vehicle, so we left it in the original packaging and my husband took it to *************** Dealership and re3tapped the box and left it with the parts department for pick up. The parts manager also helped tape up the rim so we have a witness of how the rim left our possession. I watched the online status of the return and when the return wasn't showing I contacted the company for an up date. I was informed that the return could take 30 days to update and process. I made inquiries over the phone and finally received a replay that the rim was damaged, and I would not be issued a return. When I was sent pictures, and information that my return would not be processed I asked for the rim back. I am now being informed that the rim is unable to be located and could have possibly be sent for scrab. It looks like this business has scammed me and has received my money and the rim and I have nothing to show for it. I have the email copies and would be glad to submit more if needed along with pictures and witness statement of the condition of the rim when it left our possession.

      Thank you for your order with Auto Rim Shop.    Attached are pictures of the wheel that was returned to our warehouse on Monday, December 2nd.   It is pretty clear by viewing the pictures that this wheel was damaged in transport on way back to our warehouse due to improper packaging.    Our returns policy is clear and agreed upon at checkout which states all item must be returned in condition they were received in.   Link for our return policy is here - ****************************************************;  This is a new replication wheel and once the item is damaged can no longer be marketed or sold as new.   We know it was not your intention to send the wheel back damaged, so we'd like to offer an amicable solution as this wheel has been scrapped.    We are willing to refund this order for $281.38 which represents a $75 fee to offset the costs of the wheel no longer being of use to us.   If this is agreeable, we will proceed with the refund.   Thank you again for your business we look forward to hearing for you.

      Back in early November 2024, I purchased a new rim from the Auto Ranger website (order #****) for a total of $627.40. Knowing that I was going to soon be buying new tires, I waited until 12/30/2024 (when I had the money saved up to buy the new tires) to have the new rim installed.The next day, the morning of 12/31/2024, the new tire with the new rim was flat. I took it back to the tire shop and they discovered a small crack in the brand new rim that prevented the tire from holding air. Auto Ranger sold me a defective rim. I contacted Auto Ranger's customer service *************) on 1/3/2025 about returning the defective rim and getting my money refunded. As instructed by the customer service ***** I emailed photos of the defective rim and a copy of the email confirmation of my purchase. I explained that I was aware that it was past their 30-day return window for the rim, but the rim was brand new, sitting in the box until 12/30/2024 when the tire shop removed it and installed it with the new tire. I had hoped they would give me a courtesy refund given the circumstances. Today, 1/9/2025, I received email notification from Auto Ranger that since it is past the 30-day return window, and because the rim had been installed, they will not refund my money. As I explained, the tire was brand new, sitting in the box until installation on 12/30/2024 - and the only way to have discovered the defect was to install it, as it was not visible until the tire shop dunked the tire under water on 12/31/2024 to see where the leak was coming from.I am extremely unhappy with Auto Ranger for selling me a defective rim (that was not cheap), and then refusing to allow me to return it for a refund of my money.

      Our wheels go through multiple layers of quality controlboth during the reconditioning process at our shop and in our warehouse prior to shipment. After reviewing your case, it appears unlikely that a crack of the size you mentioned would have been overlooked by either our wheel reconditioning shop, warehouse, or your installer, especially since the initial complaint was raised 50 days after delivery.

      Additionally, there are visible scuffs on the rear of the wheel, which suggest the wheel has been driven on. As noted in our return policy, which is agreed upon during checkout, returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and the item must not have been used or installed.
      As a courtesy, weve attached a return label for you to send the wheel back for inspection. If our warehouse finds an error in quality control, we will issue a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

      We appreciate your patience while we review this case. Please understand that we must carefully review returns beyond the standard window, especially when the wheel has been installed, due to potential return fraud.
      I will follow up with a phone call to further explain our position and clarify why the initial return request was denied.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The "scuff" you claim that is on the wheel is my tire shop's way of marking the hairline crack area with some sort of waxy marker; it easily rubbed off - as seen on the attached photo. 

      So, let me get this straight, you want me to pay to ship this heavy wheel back to you, with no guarantee that I'll get my refund for whatever reason you decide?  Then, when you decide not to refund my money, I'll not only be out the $627, but also the expensive shipping costs of a heavy wheel.  That doesn't seem right to me. 

      As I mentioned in my complaint, the crack is very small and the only possible way to have discovered it was to install the tire on it, which I did.  I drove the car home from the tire shop (about 2 miles) and it sat in my garage overnight, then the next morning, the tire was flat.  I drove the car back to the tire shop, where they dunked it in water and discovered the small crack. 

      I'll be happy to return the wheel for inspection; however, I feel that you should cover the cost of shipping up front, not contingent on what you come up with about my refund.

      Thank you for your order with Auto Rim Shop on November 25th, 2023.    In looking at your return the only tracking provided was ****************** which was received on December 12th, 2023 and checked back into our warehouse and system on December 19th, 2023.   A refund for the singular wheel was issued on December 20th, 2023.   The second wheel must have been returned via another tracking that was not issued by Auto Rim Shop and hence why the second wheel has not been refunded until today.  As a courtesy as this order is 14 months old and there is no way to track if this item was returned or not, we have issued a refund for the remaining balance per your request.   Proof of refund is attached.  We consider this case closed and thank you for your business.

      October 22, 2024.Order no ******* Company is Autorimshop This is a bad experience from this shop, I am really disappointed because I called before I purchased this rim and I was told that the rim is going to fit in my car and I proceeded in buying it.       Thank you for your order with Auto Rim Shop.    The wheels you ordered fits a Tesla Model 3 from model years 2018-2023.   Based on your order which is attached it appears you have a 2022 Tesla Model 3.   We sell this wheel in pretty good frequency and have not come across this issue before.   Has the set-up of your car been altered in anyway?     With regards to return you are still within the return window provided these items have not been mounted to the vehicle.   A customer service ticket was sent by you at 5:38PM on Tuesday, November 12th which is after hours and was responded to at 8:49AM on Wednesday, November 13th with clear and concise instruction on how to return these wheels.   We have attached a printout of the service ticket for you to review as perhaps our response went into your spam email box.    Once a return request is entered into our returns portal you will be provided with return labels to return these items.   We use the returns portal to keep track of returns as we sell 100s of items daily across multiple sales platforms.   Should you have any further questions with regards to how to return please email **************************************.   Thank you again for your order.

      Hi purchased a Rear rim for a *** x7 that they stated its original *** black finish on Sep 14th i was supposed to receive the rim in 3-5 day took them 15 days to ship the rim. When i received the rim it was not original Black finish *** wheel with very poor quality paint you can still see the silver color of the wheel under the black paint. I opened a return request the first day I got the item Sep 30th and they sent me a return label and I shipped the item right away tracking for the return is **** **** ****. Item has been delivered on 10/2 and still they havent sent a refund Ive contacted them multiple times and every time they say it will take 5-7 days but they never issued a refund its been 35 days since the item was delivered with no refund at all. They even sent me a refund receipt but i havent received any refund i even contacted my credit card to see if there was a refund issued but they told me no refund was issued by ************* I have included the picture of the receipt they sent. I would like to receive my refund because they have the rim and my money and customer service is not helpful at all.

      Purchased replacement rim for *** on June 14th, received it June 20th. Had rim mounted by reputable tire service, they said it was warped and would not balance. Contacted Rim Shop on June 29th and **** emailed that they wanted a picture. Tire shop says hub is warped. I can't get a picture of that. So I was put off with ******** request so they could say "too late".

      Thank you for your order and we are sorry you are having issues with your vehicle.   I have reviewed your case and have some questions.    When was the wheel installed as it was received on 6/20?   If the wheel was flawed prior to mounting to your vehicle why was this not discovered by the Discount Tire prior to installation on your vehicle?   What was the reason you ordered the replacement wheel in first place?  Is it possible that your vehicle has a wheel bearing issue that is causing the vibrations when operating vehicle?   

      I see you first mentioned this potential issue on Saturday, June 29th at 4:11PM and were responded to that evening asking for pictures or a statement from installer which was never provided.   During that time period provided your wheel had not been installed and driven on you were still eligible to return this item via our return's portal.   Your next correspondence with our service team was Thursday, August 1st.   No picture or statement from installer has been provided still.   We just need more information with regards to what happened here as unfortunately we do receive many faulty returns and must do our due diligence before providing a solution.   Thank you again for your order.

      On 8/25/23, I purchased an auto rim from Auto Rim Shop via their website (***************). The item was shipped to me on 8/30/23 and I received it on 9/2/23. On 9/6/23, I initiated a refund request via both email and phone and spoke with ***************************** at Auto Rim Shop who indicated he would email me a Return Label to ship the item back. It was only after repeated phone calls that he finally sent me the Return Label on 10/25/23 and I returned the item that same day. I am still waiting for the refund. I have called their customer service at least twice per month during this period (often speaking with *******) and am repeatedly told the refund is "in process". I have never had to chase a company like this for a basic refund and I was in full compliance with their Return Policy which they confirmed. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item.The item must not have been installed, mounted, driven on, or altered in any way.All items must be returned in the condition they were received.I question whether Auto Rim is a real company and they display the BBB logo on their website which should be of concern to your organization.       Thank you for your order.   This order is over one year old so our archived information on it is limited as we do a few hundred transactions daily.   It does appear that you received the item on 8/30/23 however there are no records of a return via our returns portal which is how we track and refund all of our returns.   A manual RMA was set up for your account on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 and the wheel was returned to our warehouse on Friday, November 3rd which was more than 2 months after the order was received.   We are no longer able to refund your original method of payment but can cut a check to you for the $127.49 cost of wheel.   Please confirm your address so we can send the check.  Please note as no reason for return was given Auto Rim Shop has already absorbed cost to ship this wheel to you as well as cost to return wheel back to our warehouse.   Thank you again for your order and we appreciate your patience with our resolution.
