  How are they rated so high with the BBB reviews??? Did they purchase that??They advertised a wheel at 17x7 but they sent me 17x7.5 which caused damage to my car! I had to wait on hold for an HOUR and spent another 30 min trying to work it out with them to avoid the restocking fee and for them to even be willing to accept the return I had to provide them with picture after picture of the wheel. Do not buy from them!!! These are NOT factory wheels! They are refurbs! They lie all over the place and make it almost impossible to return!

  Buyer beware, I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller. Despite ordering four matching wheels, I received three different ones across multiple shipments. Communication was slow, and after weeks of follow-ups, they failed to take accountability or provide a clear resolution. I was accused of wrongdoing simply for requesting what I paid fora matching set of wheels. I would not recommend this seller based on their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Just look at ****** and ********************, this isn't isolated.

  They are not as advertised, not customer oriented in the least. unwilling to work with customer to find simple solutions to costly problems ( just let me exchange the wheels for a different model for that vehicle).I ordered a set of rims for a vehicle while I was out of state, the wheels arrived but by the time I returned a couple of months later I discovered that I cannot get critical parts (center caps) for said wheels since production ceased around *************************************************************** without said caps.Very difficult to get them on the phone and NEVER received any callback.Do not buy products from auto rim shop

  Do not shop here. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. They often send incorrect products, and charge you a $50 restocking fee if you return something. My order hasnt even shipped yet and I am unable to cancel it.

  They claim they have an A+ rating with the BBB. How can that be possible when there are so many complaints. I ordered a rim and a **** from them. They shipped them quickly which was great. Unfortunately the **** was defective or the wrong one. I sent them an email asking for a refund 6 days BEFORE the 14 day limit. They never responded. A week later I contact them through their chat option. They tell me it's past the 14 day period. I showed them I emailed earlier to get help with no response. They show me an email they claim they sent me. Interesting that I still can't find that email - not in my in box, spam / junk, deleted / trash etc. I don't empty my spam and deleted emails, I let them sit for 1 year and then let the app auto delete anything older than that. Bottom line it feels like they are making sales and then s******* the customer when they have to make a return. In my case I didn't order the wrong item it was the item they suggested that would work for my car. Item didn't work. It was their fault but clearly they don't care. Where is the integrity for fixing a s**** up that they caused. Don't use this company. The price seems right but in the end if there are problems they run and hide.

  This company is straight scamming people. Read the reviews and the complaints and that's all the info you will need. They declined our refund due to their policy which I understood. However, what I didn't understand is why they kept our money plus the rim we tried to return and when asked about it they just gave me the go around saying someone would reach out and the situation has been passed on to the supervisor which was a lie. Anytime I called the supervisor he was busy and never returned a call. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING HARD EARNED MONEY

  They say easy returns but they lie. I was sent the wrong rim and want to return and I was denied with no reason. So much for easy returns

  Bad Experience:I was debating whether to purchase on **** or to go through *************. I called ************* directly and they reassured me their wheels were re-surfaced and would look like new despite being used wheels. They explained that there was a process for making them look new and that all wheels were straight guaranteed. I purchased four wheels. They arrived quickly. Two wheels have major blemishes, one of the wheels was a different color. I submitted return request and was denied.Do not purchase wheels from *************.

  DO NOT use this company !! The price might be right but everything else we be TERRIBLE, trust fully in all of the 1 star reviews you see. They would all be 0 stars if that were an option. I am so disappointed.
