They are not as advertised, not customer oriented in the least. unwilling to work with customer to find simple solutions to costly problems ( just let me exchange the wheels for a different model for that vehicle).I ordered a set of rims for a vehicle while I was out of state, the wheels arrived but by the time I returned a couple of months later I discovered that I cannot get critical parts (center caps) for said wheels since production ceased around *************************************************************** without said caps.Very difficult to get them on the phone and NEVER received any callback.Do not buy products from auto rim shop

Do not shop here. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. They often send incorrect products, and charge you a $50 restocking fee if you return something. My order hasnt even shipped yet and I am unable to cancel it.

They claim they have an A+ rating with the BBB. How can that be possible when there are so many complaints. I ordered a rim and a **** from them. They shipped them quickly which was great. Unfortunately the **** was defective or the wrong one. I sent them an email asking for a refund 6 days BEFORE the 14 day limit. They never responded. A week later I contact them through their chat option. They tell me it's past the 14 day period. I showed them I emailed earlier to get help with no response. They show me an email they claim they sent me. Interesting that I still can't find that email - not in my in box, spam / junk, deleted / trash etc. I don't empty my spam and deleted emails, I let them sit for 1 year and then let the app auto delete anything older than that. Bottom line it feels like they are making sales and then s******* the customer when they have to make a return. In my case I didn't order the wrong item it was the item they suggested that would work for my car. Item didn't work. It was their fault but clearly they don't care. Where is the integrity for fixing a s**** up that they caused. Don't use this company. The price seems right but in the end if there are problems they run and hide.

This company is straight scamming people. Read the reviews and the complaints and that's all the info you will need. They declined our refund due to their policy which I understood. However, what I didn't understand is why they kept our money plus the rim we tried to return and when asked about it they just gave me the go around saying someone would reach out and the situation has been passed on to the supervisor which was a lie. Anytime I called the supervisor he was busy and never returned a call. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING HARD EARNED MONEY

They say easy returns but they lie. I was sent the wrong rim and want to return and I was denied with no reason. So much for easy returns

Bad Experience:I was debating whether to purchase on **** or to go through *************. I called ************* directly and they reassured me their wheels were re-surfaced and would look like new despite being used wheels. They explained that there was a process for making them look new and that all wheels were straight guaranteed. I purchased four wheels. They arrived quickly. Two wheels have major blemishes, one of the wheels was a different color. I submitted return request and was denied.Do not purchase wheels from *************.

Very bad customer service and expectations. You email or call them and they rarely of ever reach back to you. :(

DO NOT use this company !! The price might be right but everything else we be TERRIBLE, trust fully in all of the 1 star reviews you see. They would all be 0 stars if that were an option. I am so disappointed.

They sent ** the wrong rim. Did nothing to remedy the situation especially since my son needed it for his car to go to work. Did nothing to expedite the refund process. My son had to separately buy another rim because the return process takes too long. So now there are two $350 charges on his card. We sent the rim same day as they "approved the return" (of the wrong rim THEY sent but we still had to wait for that first step!). Had to borrow a car to take the rim to **** It has been TWO WEEKS since they received the rim and still no refund on his card which is up for payment and he doesn't have the money to pay it all so will have to also pay interest on that amount. We took all the hits for their mistake and the did absolutely nothing to fix THEIR MISTAKE.

I ordered a wheel for my car that was damaged from a pothole and I ordered it to the original color when they sent me the Wheel I put it in my trunk went down and had it mounted and balanced and when I get home I realize its a completely different shade of color than my other three wheels I ordered charcoal and this is more of a silver so after emailing them three times with pictures before they finally responded They couldnt do anything about it because the wheel was mounted so **************** is terrible and the quality of their work is terrible.
