    I ordered an All American 921 pressure canner in November of 2021. I received notification that it would be shipped in eight to twelve weeks. Two or three days later I received another text saying it would be eight to twelve months. I needed the canner so I agreed. I have been trying to find out the status of my order #****** but no one answers the phone or texts. I have been told via text that i would have a conference with an expert. Never was told how I was to be in contact. I have waited by the phone and the computer for the contact and nothing has ever happened. The price of the canner was $319.99 plus shipping. The order number is ******. The order was done 11/27/2021. I once again called and texted on 8/24/2022 to no avail. My concern is not a refund because i still want the canner but wish to know the status. If they are not going to ship my order then yes I do want a refund. I should get compensation for the delay if a refund is chosen.

    I purchased a refurbished medical autoclave for my office on 5/31/22. I sent a check in for over $5000 and saw that it was cashed on 6/9/22. As I checked the status of my order even today it still says awaiting payment. I have emailed and called multiple times asked for a response and no one responds to me. I usually do good research on something before I buy it, but I guessed I missed it on this company. After now doing some research I am seeing hundreds of reviews that this company is a scam and is just taking peoples money. Now there is nothing I can do but take legal action.

    Order ****** - I ordered an autoclave in December. Recently the company told me it was shipped, but then I received an email from the shipping company ******* that said the item was recalled by the shipper. The vendor's website shows that it was shipped to me. The company does not answer the phone or emails or internal messages sent using their website. I communicated via voice mail and email that I wanted the order cancelled today April 18th. Still no word back.
