I called the lock ***** on the phone he said the price would be 225$ and I could use my card , when the locksmith came, he couldn't access a number needed due to not having the tool he needs to do the job. Now I told them the correct year and make% model of car, he didn't have the part. Than he asked for 75$ extra to come back the next day and said I could only pay in cash . I called the dispatcher 3 different different times trying to explain this problem and he told me I was lucky he didn't curse me out. After speaking with management my price went back down to 225 and a day later which the day later was their fault. I could have paid another company to do the same thing. Well after the Manger spoke with the owner , the best they could do is charge me 225 + tax. I was in shock. The Manger is claiming the 75 he tried to get off me was for taking the door apart, which was part of his job to do. My and my boyfriend just paid to ****** our mothers 6 months apart and the locksmith is trying to rob me for 75$ and the owner is covering it up. I'm sick over this. Now am afraid that these men all know where I live.please please help me!!! I'm also out 25$ for the uber I had to pay for to get to work thismorning because they couldn't get it done when the deal was made to have the car done by last night. So 1 day late, the locksmith who came trying to scam me out of 75$ and the rude dispatcher who was absolutely nasty to me. And these me have all my information.
