I placed an on-line order on 5/292022 to deliver flowers for my Sun-in-laws grandfathers wake on 5/30/2022 through Lucilles Florist at Fishkill, ********. I selected this Florist solely due to the reason that other Florists I tried clearly said that they were closed on 5/30/2022. I received a Website Order Confirmation from Lucilles Florist at 10:42 PM on 05/29/2022 stating, Graceful Devotion Funeral Flowers To be delivered on: 5/30/2022.(Copy of the e-mail available)When I arrived the Funeral home with my family for the wake on 5/30/2022 at 6:00 PM, there were no flowers under my name. I did not see the flowers I ordered, during the Funeral either (5/31/2022 11:00 AM)I saw a **** for $176.29 posted on my credit card on 6/03/2022 for the flowers I did not receive. When I called the Florist to let them know that I have not received the flowers I ordered for the wake, they said that the flowers were delivered to the Funeral Home on 5/31/2022 because 5/30/2022 was a holiday. When I pointed to the Website confirmation that clearly says that the flowers will be delivered on 5/30/2022, they told me that it is a website issue that there is nothing they can do. I would like to get a full refund and an apology from the florist.Customer response
