              I ordered a product online, received the wrong item, called customer service and requested a return address label and return authorization code within the required return policy time frame.CS said I got what I ordered and I said I doubt that and she said she would send me a snapshot of my order to prove it. The issue is they wanted me to pay to ship the item back and I said no you sent the wrong item so they should pay return shipping. I never received the snapshot or return authorization and no reply to my email to their office. I just want what I ordered and they pay return shipping.
