On 1/6/2025, HVAC contractors ********************************, ********************************************************************** completed installation of 8 HVAC units and 6 Converters in my home. Of the 4 units installed on my floor (2nd), 2 has not been working properly. In my bedroom, the unit produces little to no heat at all, in the living room, the unit produces heat when initially powered on, after that its blowing cool air. I spoke with the consultant ********* ***** on several occasions, he sent ***** back out to check into the issue , ***** said the wires were not tight enough so he tightened them up and said everything should be ok. I told him that my bedroom was still cold and he said its because the bedroom is located at the back of the house where its the coldest, I told him that that doesnt make sense. He said, hes only the installer. The living room was giving off heat but as I mentioned, only after its initial turned on. I again reached out to ********* and his last visit to the house to check into the issues was on 1/9/2025. ********* powered up all the units and noticed that the unit in my bedroom was not producing heat as it should. He set the temperature at 86 degrees and after 45 minutes, the room was still cold. He (*********) said something is definitely wrong and he would inform his supervisor of the issue and they would come out and see whats the best solution for the problem. As of today, 1/14/2025, I havent heard anything from any one. I sent a text to ********* yesterday at 11:10 am and no reply from him. I called the office twice this morning and no reply only the answering service which prompted me to leave a message but the mailbox was full. I cannot sleep in or use my bedroom. The only two units which are operating satisfactorily are my spare room and my dining room. This project cost me approximately $14, 556 and I cant get the service that I signed off on and the service I was promised. Please help me. Thank you.Business Response

After many times of attempting on fixing the issue; it was approved the replacement of the unit at no cost.
We have continued to work with the client at any service required.

I credited a **** SYSTEM from company named ADH Group in December 2023. This was a part of the ***** rebate program. One of the terms of this program was that the boiler needed to be decommissioned. After service was provided, I was assured there was nothing else that needed to be done on my end. Fast forward to December 2024, we experienced major flooding and water damage to more than 50% of our property. Floors and walls and pipes were damaged. This was caused by a ***** radiator pipe. Upon inspection of the boiler by plumber, it was noted that the gas source was disconnected from the boiler, however, water source was not. This constant flow and pressure in the radiator pipe was not able to withstand the cold even with the new wall units in operation. I have been trying to reach ADH Group since January 9, 2025 when the plumber examined the burst pipe and boiler settings. I have been told that I would receive a call back on 1/9 and on 1/10. I have emailed and used the contact us option but to no success. I would love to have someone correct the water pipe issue and also ask that they repair the broken radiator pipe. I would appreciate some kind of contact. They were very happy and cooperative when they got my business but now its as if I dont exist.Business Response

This job is located at a building that is a Coop, we followed all procedures with the management company in order to be approved for the windows that *** ****** wanted to renew.
The order was placed to the factory and as soon it was ready it was schedule for installation. The windows were installed by our team who is specialized in that job. Our team is very respectful and neat, we do not appreciate the statement from the client where he refers "Non-English speaking installers"
We went over and beyond to make sure the job was done and as a courtesy we even offered to fix some painting job that he hired from another company and didn't do a good finish around the new windows.
We offered to repair the mosquito screen which he didn't agreed, so we re-ordered that particular PC and we have not been able to replace it. He has no good manners when talking to the operations manager because she is a female, and he doesn't want to deal with her.
The warranty is ready for him we just need for him to give approval for the mosquito screen installation.
We are attaching pictures and some emails exchanged with the client.
If there is any additional information needed, we are happy to provide it.

The Business *** Group is just making excuses here, NOT getting the above job done and completed. Attached is some communication, we always showed respect to them in communicating to them, however we received unnecessary noise and excuses and trying to sideline conversation in tangents. We even went an extra mile to recah out to the windows manufacturing company ******* windows for warranty (attached communication), they pointed ** to go the *** group sales rep, as they have created these issues and false promises to clients.
Its been 6 months since contract signing, the job is not completed.

Approximately on October 18,2021 I first hired this company to work on my property. I needed a new roof and windows. Unfortunately the work that was done was just horrible. The sky light that was replaced began to leak a week after install and 4 of the window that were replaced when there is a shift in temperature condensation builds up between the windows. I've been attempting to contact this company for 6 months to head over to my property to repair the windows and sky light that were poorly installed. Every time I call I get the run around stating someone will call me back and that call never comes. This company is in a hurry to complete the job. They even damaged my stairs throwing down pieces of the roof into my back yeard. The worst money I've ever spent on a renovation should've gone with another company.
