    Company installed 3 ductless units I paid them almost ******* and con ****** paid them ******* a rebate they received from con Ed * The work was done poorly* I have the electrical wires wrapped in black electric tape they didnt put a cover on taped wire * Due to rain and snow tape is comin off exposing the wires * This is not safe * I told them day of installation and they laugh and said this is how they do it z others units I see have wires not exposed and in a cover to cover the wires * I have text messages and calls from *** the owner from day of installation of July 2021* I had to get these units my mom is sick 87 yrs old and cannot breathe * The way its done not safe and can create a fire and the electrical tape came off due to rain and they still refuse to fix correctly * Other companies I call say this is done not correct * I please need someones help they ignore me and play with my mom stating they will come to fix but have not this can cause a fire *
