Nearly 7 months after paying the deposit for four windows to be delivered and properly installed, this company has yet to complete the job. They are unresponsive, and unreliable, and consistently late if they do show up. My windows are not latching properly, the work crew damaged four of my blinds, and broke one, and left a mess of paint all over the walls / new windows. They promised several times over that they would complete the job but as of yet they have not. They do not communicate and are unresponsive, consistently late, and often do not show up at all. Please see the attached email chain containing dozens of communications, as well as the attached check of my deposit. I expect them to finish the job by properly installing latching windows, I expect them to replace all four of my blinds (the ones which are not broken were left filthy) and they were installed improperly. I expect the expense of the blinds to be covered by the company. I expect a huge adjustment to the price of the windows since the service has yet to be fully rendered and is more than half a year overdue. I have never had such a frustrating, unsatisfactory, unprofessional experience with any company as I have had with Duro Windows. The workmen are not properly knowledgeable or trained.
