    Went to JJ (Owner), for an evaluation of a Motorcycle prior to purchase which he stated would take 20 minutes. He completed the evaluation in less than 2 minutes stating everything was ok (which changed after purchase) without providing any inspection points/report or a Receipt for 80 dollars. I purchased the bike and went to him for inspection, and he was very rude and arrogant and using language that was inappropriate for adults. He actually told me to "Come back in 2 hours, and don't follow him". All I wanted was an inspection for the *** and he seemed frustrated and angry and lacked proper *************************** in dealing with customers at 10A in the morning. I immedialy took my bike and went instead to Nations Cycle Center on ***********, which was nearby. They accommodated me with respect and professionalism, completed the inspection in less than an hour and were very professional. I wonder why people tolerate such nonsense from an angry old man like ** who thinks he is doing a favor and trying to help you. I even called ** on the phone to admonish him and his response was "why even bother calling me and even said he tried to help me" I would never recommend this business, in fact stay away or face regrets. No one deserves to be treated with contempt when you are a paying customer. He could have stated that he is busy and needs ***** minutes to finish up a job before he can deal with you. I can only imagine how he would treat you if you had any complaints or grievances post service. I am glad i left his store when i did, looking back at the reviews and some fake/paid 5 star dishonest ratings of this business. He doesn't deserve even a single star. Acts like a mafia boss, I am surprised he is still in business. Avoid at all costs.

    This business is the absolute worst place to take your bike. the owner is out to do nothing more than overcharge you on any work he does. they destroyed my motorcycle. i wish i could give them a rating less than one star. the owner took it upon himself to cut a hole in my bike without notifying me. he tried to justify it by saying the exhaust didnt fit. meanwhile i had 3 of the same exhaust of the same model on this bike as i changed the color. when i brought the bike to him to repair the clutch the exhaust was neatly installed on the bike. he removed the exhaust to install the clutch and destroyed the exhaust while trying to install it back on the bike. dont take any chances with this place as they are wreckless and it will cost you. i know have to buy another exhaust for almost $1000 and i had to pay for towing to get the bike out of the shop before he did further damage to the bike. THEY ARE THE WORST. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY
