    We are seeking a $828 credit to our credit card from Travelers Auto Transport. On 8/4/23, we hired Travelers Auto Transport as Agent to transport our car from *******, ** to **********, ** for a total cost of $1500. Travelers would be paid $300 and the transport company would be paid $1200 in cash. Travelers hired *** Transport as the transport company. Travelers charged $300 to our credit card on 8/4. We didn't want to carry $1200 cash on our trip and I discussed if we could charge $800 with ******************, Owner, President * *********** ********* said yes and Travelers would pay this amount to ***. Travelers charged $828 to our credit card on 8/8/23. On 8/20, the driver for *** insisted on receiving cash on delivery and wouldn't take our car from VA to **. My spouse felt very uncomfortable with this stance. I spoke with ********* at this time and he agreed to credit $800 back to our credit card and we agreed to pay the driver $1200 cash on delivery. On 8/21, I spoke again with ********* who said he would get back to me that afternoon and I should get an email from their Processing team about a $800 credit. *** delivered our car in ********** on 8/22 and we paid the driver $1200 in cash per the attached receipt. I expected a credit from Travelers but none was processed. After no response from *********, I spoke with ************************* in Sales who said he would discuss the matter with ********* and try to get a credit issued. I emailed ********* and ******* twice seeking a credit and provided the *** COD receipt. I also spoke once more with ******* who confirmed receipt of my emails and would bring the credit to *********'s attention again. I also texted the *** COD receipt to *********. I reached ********* on 10/4/23 and he said "he would get back to me that afternoon and Processing will issue a credit".No credit has been issued nor has Travelers responded in writing to my emails nor texts after two months.We are seeking a $828 credit to our credit card.

    My experience with Travelers Auto Transport was not pleasant and I found them to be dishonest and unreliable. Hired their services to engage a trucking company to transport my car from ******* to ********. Paid them an initial payment with a balance to be paid to All Detailing, the transport trucker, upon delivery. Travelers increased the delivery price, claiming it was the truckers demand but assured me the trucker will call 1 day before pickup and prior to my departing flight none of which ever happened. On the scheduled pick up day I called the trucker a number of times and left messages. The trucker answered twice, providing no information, and said he will call back with details. He never called back. I called Travelers to ask for their assistance and the receptionist/answering service said someone will call me back no one did. Missed our flight, and was forced to make other arrangements (Auto Train) to get back to ********. In a subsequent text to and phone conversation with Travelers agent I was told they assume no responsibility, that it was the truckers fault and to take my complaint to them. Furthermore the agent claimed they spoke with the trucker and that the trucker had called me several times. When I mentioned that phone records can easily be verified the Travelers agent changed his approach with me. The Travelers agent also assured me that All Detailing was a reliable transport service. One week after being back in ******** the trucker called me (sounded confused and clueless) looking to see if I still needed my car transported. I did a reverse look up on the truckers phone number and it showed 4 Court listings. Clearly, Travelers Auto Transport failed to evaluate the competence of All Detailing and failed to respond to my repeated requests for assistance. Do check reviews and comments on ****** and Better Business Bureau there are a number of negative reviews on Travelers Auto Transport.
