Better Business Bureau investigated Situational Home Corp, with the initial contact on May 15, 2024 asking the following; proof of licensing in the area of business, do they hire outside contractors, provide the number of business employees, properties they purchased and sold, and if their business is affiliated with other businesses. As of June 25, 2024, Situational Homes Corp has not addressed the questions we have presented. BBB has concerns about business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on the lack of answers and transparency from the business.
