    18 weeks and still no results. Very disappointing. Ive read other reviews and now Im worried Ill never receive my results or if i do that i wont be able to read them.

    I received my genetic results from Nebula and paid for the Full *****. I can't open the any file that lists my results, and I need them for geneticist. That's the entire point, right - for paying a large amount out of pocket? I have attempted contact with Nebula to help me at least eight times, both through their "support" site and through their direct email that I had from previous communications support @ nebulagenomics. zendesk. com Still no response. Been trying for a month.

    This is a scam. I've paid for a lifetime subscription and sent my sample. After 4 months I started asking for an update on my sample's status. They always bought time, asking me again and again the same questions but never answered clearly mine. Now I've been waiting for 8 months and the company refuses to refund me. I've paid over a thousand bucks for this, so I'm gonna have to take them to court. AVOID!

    I paid for the most comprehensive test I could get, as I've spent over ten years trying to get my medical situation properly diagnosed and treated, yet doctors continue to be confused about what could possibly be wrong. I feel the answer lies in my genes, so I paid out of pocket for this test. I sent in my DNA in mid October 2023. In late December, I requested an update and was told my results were in the ** phase. January 9th **** I asked for another update, as the tracker on my account still simply says "sequencing"... I did not receive any reply to that email. Last week I sent another follow up requesting information on the status, noting it has to be past the expected timeframe to receive results. I did not receive a response to this either.Today I sent another email but I am not very hopeful at this point. I feel as though I have been ripped off - I do not have results after 4 months of waiting, and I'm out $1k or more. At this point it's probably too late to report to my bank, but I'm hoping this review will get them to either refund me or speed the process along so I can have my results. Or both would be great but I'm not going to hold my breath.If I had known it would take this long and there would be such lack of transparency, I would have used a different company.

    I bought a kit and returned it to Nebula. I got a notification that my sample was received on 8/31/23. It has been over 24 weeks and still no results and cant get answers from Nebula. It should be noted that it is advertised to get results in 12 weeks. Dont buy from here. Im not the only one and there is Reddit string just about this.

    Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Questionable practices. I feel I cannot trust any of the data I received. Trying to cancel the subscription to this worthless company has been a nightmare. I would stay far away from Nebula.

    Nebula Genomics is a fraudulent company. Their customer service is aimed at feeding customers lies about why their results are taking 6 months to obtain such as results are going through quality control process and such, instead of admitting that they lost the sample. At this point i have no hope to get anywhere with this company. I am beyond frustrated with them and, based on multiple negative reviews they have been having, hope they finally go out of business.

    As other reviewers have mentioned, my sample was sent months ago and I am still waiting for results. The company has no customer telephone number, but when I emailed them regarding my kit, they only apologized but nothing happened. I emailed the two more times, still waiting for an answer to my question, i. e. what is happening to my kit? when will you have results? Thankfully, I did not buy the expensive package, approx. 900 dollars. I do not expect anything from them and, if this takes more time, I will file a complaint against the company.
